"The staff were very helpful when I contacted them about the uncleanliness of the room (which is extremely unusual for this hotel, it’s usually top notch). Where I booked through Expedia they were unable to give me a refund but offered me a choice between a free meal or a free night! I obviously chose free night as me and my little boy come stay often for medical appointments!"

"The hotel has a good location with a nice clean and comfortable room for a very good price. The ice machine was broken, and pool/fitness room not available. The corridors were filthy, and often filled with garbage. The elevator was broken on the last day of our stay."

"Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. "Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!"
