"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."

"The rooms are good. I do believe they could us some maintenance. The outlets are very loose. Trying to plug in a phone is difficult when the plug falls out of the jack. The gyms is ok The treadmills need maintenance. One hasn't worked for nearly a month - yes we have come back a couple times."

"Location within walking distance from Airport but from T1 & T2 if with luggage, get Taxi, we infact got ripped off at Taxi station outside the Airport which charged us 4x the amount. But Hotel arranged transfer to the Airport which was cheap and convenient. Hotel is top notch with great restaurants and mall is 2mins walk within the building "

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"Loved everything about the hotel except for the lack of seating areas in the lobby to hang out. Most of the lobby is taken up by the restaurant. The pool area is the only place to chill. "

"No towels on our first day/ room condition is very poor, wall paints are peeling, bathroom tiles are dirty, very limited bathroom tissue, air condition is noisy. Hotel lobby’s air condition is not cold enough. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I needed to be moved to another room the next day. I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed."
