Booked two rooms via Expedia and for some reason, one room did not come with breakfast. We were a bit surprised with the food cost, which was double what one would pay if you would just go to the restaurant outside. "

"It’s cheap and very affordable. I did not like that they charge 500 pesos security deposit for stains in the bed sheet, towels but it’s a set up, they intended not to give back that deposit. There was no blanket or comforter."

They don’t have a fridge in the room, hot water sucks since they only have a small portable water heater… hot cold,,, hot cold, just like begging mercy to the flow of the water since their shower have water limiter"

"Out of all the hotel options in Angeles and there’s a lot: I keep coming back to Best Western Metro Clark because of their exceptional staff and quality service. It truly feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Floyd, Dan, Mae, Jackie, Kat, Clarence, Aron, and Chef Aaron for making breakfast such a joy—especially for making sure adobo was available! Shoutout to Tomee and Martt for keeping the rooftop area so welcoming, and to the Cafe Sebastian crew for consistently great drinks....

"Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the free breakfast. The food was codl and looked like is was cooked 3 days ago! The only thing fresh were the eggs and omelet. The rest of the items were old like the pork adobo, the sausage, tuna. Other than that the stay was amazing!!!! "

"Enjoyed my stay at Carousel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. Room was modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, safe and smart TV worked well. Only negative was stairs and no elevator. A little difficult with luggage. Overall, excellent stay!"
