Beautiful Home in Pinetop Country Club- Tall pines and oaks on the property, with nice open floor plan. Fireplace in the living room, for those chilly nights. Forced air heating - Great patio off the back and large porch running the length of the home for out door living. This beautiful cabin has four spacious bedrooms (3 King Beds & Kids Room w/ 2 sets of bunk beds and a Futon- Upper Bunks are suitable only for children- up to 125lbs ) and 3 bathrooms. Pinetop is the perfect place to get away from the scorching summer days in the Phoenix area and just 35 min to Sunrise Ski Resort and is just a short drive up north. Flat screen TVs, Surround Sound System and a large lot make this the perfect entertainers getaway. Please note, there is NO CABLE; there is an Amazon Stick in the Family Room (you will need to enter your own account information) and "smart" DVD Players in the Master and BunkBed Room.With golf shopping and restaurants all very close this place has it all! Please keep in mind the following when booking- There is no air-conditioner, the deck is NOT covered, so based on the snow level, it may not be usable and there is a 3 day minimum on all holidays. For any other questions, please contact owner directly. This is a NO PET/NO SMOKING Home! If at any time, it is discovered, that an “unapproved” pet is on the premises, you will be asked to leave without a refund. We do not accept rentals for more then 30 consecutive days, between the months of June and October. Home has a security camera over-looking the driveway/external stairs and one over looking the locked hot tub. Please note price listed is for up to 6 guests- there is an additional fee for over 6 guests.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. The bathrooms were fully stocked with soaps, shampoos, lotions, and the fluffiest towels! Our host responded to us immediately f we had a question. He even checked in on us the first day to see if we needed anything.

Bunk bed next to garage door is a little wobbly. Cabin should be advertised as family with kids. It really only sleeps 6 or 7 adults. We had 8 adults. One adult slept on couch. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay there. Very clean place.

Fall Kayak Trip

The six of us range in age from late 50s to early 70s. We kayak, eat, drink a little, play dominos. We found the house to be the best one we've ever stayed at for our yearly trips. The kitchen was great, allowing for all of us to cook and clean up. It was hard to find a place with three king beds and three separate bathrooms. The deck was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time out there. Only negative was the step-down outside the front door. I would suggest some caution-tape. We'd love to come to your lovely cabin again.

I would suggest this rental home to anyone, it was so beautiful and very clean and well maintain! The deck area was a peaceful place to just relax. The host was amazing with answering any questions! Most definitely will be renting again!!

This was a “girls” trip to get out of the heat and just relax and spend time together! The house was perfect for us. The house is decorated very well and all the supplies anyone would need during their stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area. Fantastic!

We rented this property for a leadership retreat and it was everything we needed. Great outdoor deck with lots of seating. Big kitchen, comfy (and clean!) house. Will be booking for next years trip too!
