Charming A-frame cabin in fabulous Pinetop-Lakeside with AC, playroom & deck

Relax with the family or take a girls trip and stay at this cute and unique A-frame, that is surrounded by tall pines located right in the middle of Pinetop. When you arrive to the Snowed Inn A-Frame, you will see how unique it is right away. The layout of this place is different, yet what makes it so cute!! Please note the place is very dainty and some of the areas are very small and can be a tight squeeze. It is also a very quirky place, if you love perfection, this might again not be the place for you as it was built in the 70’s. We LOVE our quirky&dainty little place, but realize it’s not for everyone! Please read the whole description of the layout to make sure this will work for you and your party. This cabin is best for two adults and children, as there is only one queen bed and that is located in the loft {it’s a tight squeeze up there😜}, there is also a day bed with a single trundle up there, and then on the middle level there is a bunk room with twin bunks and a single bed.
The Cabin Walk-thru:
When you first pull up you will see a red door located just off the driveway, we just put a door handle with a lock so you can now use this door to enter.
There is another door, the main entrance when you go up the rock steps on the right side of the cabin, up on the deck.
As you enter through this door on the middle floor, you will walk in to the kitchen and one of the living rooms, followed by a bathroom {no shower, bathtub only}, a bedroom with twin bunk beds and a single twin, and last but not least the wrap around deck.
You then can access the loft from the easy access, but narrow and steep steps that take you up to the only queen bed in the cabin {don’t forget you are in an A-Frame, it’s a tight squeeze up there!😋}.
Then across from the stairs still in the loft, you will find a twin day bed that has a twin trundle bed underneath it, to comfortably sleep 2. And last but not least, the fun playroom that has tons of books, some math flash cards, a game or two, and boy and girl dress up stuff!
Once back on the middle floor you will find another set of stairs that will take you down into the first level, where the driveway is located. Down here you will find another living room with the TV, a bathroom {with a shower}, and the laundry room.
We love this little unique yet cozy place and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Just a little reminder, this is an 1970’s A-Frame!
It’s a very cute, yet a small space.
The stairs to get up to the loft are steep and narrow and getting around up in the loft can be a tight squeeze.
If you don’t have great mobility, this might not work great for you.
This cabin is best for two adults and children, as there is only one queen bed.
We do welcome house trained dogs {max 2} for a $85 fee
No cats please!
Please do NOT chop wood on the concrete porch or the deck. If you use up all the wood inside for the wood burning fireplace, please refill it to keep dry wood inside at all times.
In the winter, the mini splits work for heat on top and middle floors, and the bottom floors heater is on the wall by the tv. We also have portable heaters in the laundry room and/or bunk room closet for extra heat if wanted.
