BRAND NEW CUSTOM BUILT HOME IN PINETOP LAKES COUNTRY CLUB WITH AC!!

Spectacular brand new custom built cabin nestled in the Pines in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. This spacious cabin retreat is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded lot with a spacious front deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. The master also walks out to the front deck. The cabin also features a back deck off of the dining area. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. The back yard completely fenced for pups. Cabin features 3 bedrooms for sleeping 7 in beds with an additional pullout sofa for 2 more and 3 full baths. Plenty of parking and the cabin has central air conditioning!!! Great location in the heart of Pinetop and close to public golf course and horseback riding! Just 25 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area with gas burning fireplace to gather around on those cold winter nights!! This recently built custom home features all brand new top end appliances with granite counter tops along with ALL brand new beds and furniture. The master features a king bed with attached master full bath en suite with gorgeous walk in shower. The master also accesses the front deck. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with full bath next to it with tub shower combo. The 3rd sleeping space is upstairs in the loft with a full/twin bunk bed and tv area. The upstairs bath off of the loft features a walk in tile shower. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. This cozy cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

Come escape from the hectic city/work life... slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and friendly small town atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character!!

Beautiful Place

Perfect Pinetop-Lakeside Retreat

We spent my Birthday weekend at this wonderful cabin in the tall pines!! On Saturday, we drove to Sunrise Park Resort for some fun in the snow which is approximately 45 minutes away! Enjoyed a fabulous meal at a small Italian restaurant in town and did some shopping at the Safeway up the road, which was very convenient. We brought our 2 dogs on the trip from the Phoenix area, and it was great to have a fenced in yard. Spent Sunday watching the Super Bowl. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or you can just pop a pizza in the oven. It would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker because all we use are the pods, but I did bring my own, just in case. The boys appreciated the reliable WiFi connection and the smart TVs where we could use our own subscriptions (make sure you log out when you leave). The host Lisa, was communicative and the check in process was easy peasy. I can't wait to go back for some R&R soon! Best Birthday EVER!! Thank you!

Beautiful home

Lovely cabin in great neighborhood. Newer construction with great layout for our family , plus fence in yard for our fur babies. Well equipped and very clean. Loved the fireplace and games to play. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

Our entire family, including our four legged members enjoyed everything about the cabin. It had all the amenities, it was clean and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. The yard was so big and it was a great plus for our children and pets.

Excellent Choice

We enjoyed our stay with two other couples. There was plenty of room and the location was perfect when we went fishing and golfing. There was a coffee pot but we could not use our coffee pods we brought with us. It was a standard pot. Our babies (dogs) loved the openness of the back yard. They loved being outside except for the lava rock ground cover, which was a little hard on their paws. We will definitely recommend this vacation home to others and hope to return next year.

Beautiful and Quiet Neighborhood

The house is great and would be ideal for a small family with the loft for small kids and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is a great size and the host is generous by including many spices, foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and trash bags. We have rented dozens of homes and that usually is not the case. The backyard is really large but our little dogs didn’t like walking on the lava rock but shouldn’t be a problem for bigger dogs. The covered porch off the master is awesome for reading and relaxing and enjoying a thunderstorm. The outside of the house needs a spring cleaning. Many cobwebs and dog hair from previous renters. Great house and neighborhood. Safeway is just 3 miles away. Great home!
