New gourmet kitchen updated in 2023. Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, master bedroom has it own TV plus 2 sinks and shower. The second queen bedroom connects to hall bath and the twin bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements.
If you are a golfer you can enjoy many of the 43 golf courses within 15 miles of this conveniently located unit. The Pinehurst and Southern Pines Area is also home to many horse farms and riding trails. Pinehurst is the second home for the USGA and you can visit their museum.
The Condo is located in the newest section of the Lawn and Tennis subdivision, directly across for the Country Club of North Carolina. Condo includes three bedrooms: master with queen bed and private bath; a guest bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bath; and a guest bed room with two twin beds. The #7 course clubhouse is a short 400 yard walk (Restaurant not open to public). All area golf courses (43 at last count) are within easy driving distance to test your skills.
