Stay was lovely

Very nice stay love the area very quiet nice people all the very close i love the way how it was set up my family enjoy there stay there was mold in the bathroom down stair and on the shower curtain but everything else was at points very clean the bed was very comfortable

Awesome place, location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and well kept. Also located very close to the Pinehurst golf courses as well as Pine Needles, Mid Pines, Mid South, Talamar and others. Awesome weekend!

Just as pictured

The pictures were exactly as we found this quaint condo. Excellent location for our car motoring festival held in two locations. Condo was located in between for easy access to each event. Close to excellent restaurants as well.

Lots of space for 4 golfers. We didn't spend much time at the house but it was very well decorated and in a great location central to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. When we come back, we will look to book again.

For 2-4 folks this is a great property alternative in Pinehurst...minutes from both Pinehurst and Southern Pines shops and restaurants. Even close to the top courses.

Exactly like advertised

We couldn’t have been happier. The condo was very clean and the location made it very easy to get to our golf courses and restaurants. The complex was very quiet and felt safe taking a walk. Even though we chose not to cook, everything was available to prepare a meal. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice community and I think the owner is new. Roku TV is terrible because we are used to cable and could not watch our normal programs. Plus having very limited cookware made fixing meals difficult.

The property need a deep cleaning. We noted spider webs around all windows and dust on and under tables. Kitchen was well equipped and clean, bathroom floor had grout coming out between tiles and very poor tile work in the shower - messy grout application. Counter top in bathroom was filled with calulk on the end that did not meet wall! Suggest moving dishes from beside refrigerator to beside stove and moving seasonings from over stove to beside refrig. Some nice placemats would help the overall apprerance - we left a couple as a gift. Overall we would say acceptable but we would not recommend. We have stayed in other Pinehurst Manor properties that we in much better condition.

Convenient Location, Shabby Property

We stayed for a week during the US Women's Open golf tournament. The condo is conveniently located to Pinehurst and Southern Pines in a quiet neighborhood. However, what was advertised as "spotlessly clean" was anything but. The kitchen and utility closet cabinets and shelves were disorganized messes. The downstairs bathroom shower had an infestation of gnats. Not sure why or where they came from since the rest of the condo didn't have the gnats. The larger air returns in the living room and upstairs hallway were filthy. The HVAC digital thermostat read "check filter", which tells me it needed to be changed. In the upstairs bedroom, the lamps were dusty, the floor under the bed had large dust balls, and our bedsheets were paper thin with a couple of stains on them. The upstairs bathroom shower was gross....the plastic shower curtain was covered with mildew and whoever did the caulking and painting should be fired for incompetence and sloppy work. We thought about opening the sliding doors and windows on a couple of nice low-humidity days, but the door tracks and screens were dirty and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. I was afraid of what might crawl in. The third bedroom has a single bed in it and a chair and nothing else. Fortunately we didn't have to use it - it's not clear in the online photos that anyone who uses that bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to use a bathroom. We're very disappointed in the property.

Our stay at the Pinehurst Condo was excellent! It was much better than staying at a hotel. It was close to Pinehurst Village, Pinehurst resort and all the local golf courses and Southern Pines. The condo itself was very clean and as described, had everything you would need. Only recommendation would be an iron and ironing board would be an extra convenience. I would definitely rent it again while in the area!!!
