"When I booked the pool and hot tub were available. When I checked in I was told the pool area was completely closed. I was never informed that it was closed, was not offered any discount for my inconvenience. Hotel has paper thin walls, can hear everything around you. The back door is never locked and is a smoking area… would not recommend or return."
