"Breakfast was non-existent. No bowls for the one cereal, No fruit or yogurt, a few pieces of white bread to make toast, coffee nearly empty at 7 am. Staff away from desk with a basket to drop off the keys; no response to bell. Ice machine out of order, so sorry."

"Staff unbelievable. Never passed one when they didn't ask how was your stay or if you needed anything. Breakfast buffet was out of a lot of things....milk, yogurt, pancake maker was broken, and coffee beans had run out."

"The kitchen was stocked and the apartment was very welcoming. We only stayed one night, but it has everything you would need for a longer stay. Plenty of extra blankets. Being it is a basement; it was a little cool. Will definitely consider staying again when we're in the area."
