Please note that this historic cabin is over 125 years old and has its charming quirks. It is heated by a pellet stove, which can get quite hot and is not safe for unattended children. The stove requires occasional tending to maintain warmth. The sunroom is a 3-season porch and can not be heated to comfortable temperatures in very cold weather. Additionally, 4WD is required for access during winter months due to snow. With a little care, this rustic retreat offers a unique and cozy experience.
