"Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person"

"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

"I like the fact that the brand excepts pets. I stay at the Spring Lake Hampton Inn whenever I travel from Beaufort SC to visit family. I require a Handicapped Accessible room for my wife and have been put on the first floor every time and even the same room which is a definite PLUS for us. The room is located at the back of the building and the room is the last one at the end of the hall which we can walk out of the room and into our car. Great service at a great price. "This Hampton Inn is very pet friendly! From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcomed. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious and Patrina, who oversaw the breakfast area was very polite and welcoming. Her smile and morning greeting was a pleasant way to start the day. "I was excited to stay at this property because of all the good reviews. The first issue for me was that the rooms were outside rooms & my room was on the second floor. I am medically disabled and I can’t go up the two flights of stairs without assistance and I was traveling alone. I don’t recall seeing that it’s an Outside hotel but I could have missed it. "I had a family illness which prevented me from cancelling on time (although I tried via Expedia) and they still charged me a no show. Will never stay at this hotel again. I have 2 upcoming reservations which I will cancel."

"Everything was clean. Rooms comfortable. TV angle bit awkward. Difficult to angle except to one bd or chair in living area. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Very convenient to interstate."
