"Spent one night at prarire crest hotel. Have four kids in the room.Shortly after 9 with 3/4 kids asleep we notice the ceiling is leaking. My husband goes downstairs to talk to front desk. Wants us to check out with no where to go. Again 4 kids here. Multiple arguements back and forth which end in them threating us that we will need to pay the full nights stay and to relocate to 2 small rooms tomorrow. Full cost of 1 room PLUS 65 for the room since they do not have what we paid for avaliable....

"We liked the appeal of the building, even before we got in. At check-in, we were greeted by a relaxing atmosphere, clean reception area, and a wonderful woman at the fron desk. She was really nice, and went above and beyond for us.
