It was right in the middle of our holiday It was a great base to explore the area. If we had known we would of probably booked an extra couple of nights. All in all it was a great experience and the view was very good and we lucked out with the weather in the evenings to sit out on the deck. It was even better when we found out that Bumblebee restaurant and brewery was 2 doors away.

Pilleys Perch is a beautiful home that looks out onto the ocean. The area is so pretty and peaceful. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for your stay. Also quite spacious.Our Host was very good with communication and everything went smoothly.I would recommend this home. We will be returning.Lynne and Rick

Pilley's Perch was all we had hoped for, plus about 92%. It's well furnished, well stocked, and very clean. Ken was very quick to answer questions.The view out to the inlet is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen and barbecue are excellent. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

Great spot! The place was spotless and included all amenities , and more, that you could ever want. Everything was in working order, plenty of spices, oils, parchment paper, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, cleaning supplies etc. available. We were so impressed. And in addition, Pilleys Perch is pet-friendly! Don’t hesitate booking this accommodation, we highly recommend it and will return!

Hosts have done a remarkable job of making their place as comfortable as possible. The house is located next to an Inn with restaurant and brewery and offers delicious food and great craft beer. Highly recommend staying here.

Good location to explore the area. Awesome to be able to walk 2 doors down to bumblebee brewery. Plenty of space with all the amenities. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Be aware you are right on a busy road, (we got used to the noise, mostly) and the view is quite busy with power lines and neighbors. Not complaining, just reporting. :)

Beautiful,clean home with beautiful furniture..Very tastefully decorated with lovely art. Cozy & comfortable with an awesome view.Perfect location to explore the area..We highly recommend this home and hope to return with our Kayaks in the summer.

Spacious and well-equipped home with everything we needed - we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the boats come and go - it was great to have two full bathrooms and living spaces / A/C and laundry facilities a big plus near the end of our vacation We explored the neighbouring communities and took the ferry over to Long Island Only negative was the large power pole and wires just off the side of the deck but we still managed to get some great photos

Ken and Madelyn have truly created a wonderful retreat. The property is tastefully furnished, with extremely comfortable beds that made our stay extra relaxing. The space is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the view is absolutely stellar—perfect for unwinding at any time of day.The location is ideal: close to plenty of scenic trails and just a short distance from a great local brewery. We loved being able to take quick walks with our dog along the bay, and Long Island is just a skip and a half away—perfect for a day trip.The hosts were fantastic—extremely responsive and informative, always ready with excellent tips and local information. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true taste of the area. We can’t wait to come back!
