As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next to a winding lake, Unit #721 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms condo, offering state-of-the-art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (with double oven and icemaker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, gas fireplace, dining room, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and on-suite bathrooms. The unit is located on the top floor.

Room rates DO NOT include a cleaning fee, damage waver and state/lodging taxes.

Very enjoyable!!!

Very nice and amazingly peaceful get away location. We found the property to be very cozy and comfortable and made for a relaxing weekend.

Peaceful retreat

The condo is very nice and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect and so relaxing. We didn’t hear anything besides the sounds of nature. It snowed while we were there and it was beautiful. The owners are great and responded quickly to my questions prior to our arrival.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Enjoyed very much and hopefully will visit again. Next time we will be armed w more info and the stay will be even better. It was a little difficult finding place in the dark and we will know to bring extra trash bags, blankets, TP and ice as the ice make did not work after we turned it on. AlwAys a few issues at a rental and appreciated the managers help.

Long weekend

Enjoyed our 3 nights at this spacious well built 2 bedroom condo close to Fall Creek Falls. Would suggest owner remove “Communal Pool” from amenities shown on Vrbo. There are signs posted at the pool that state “pool is not for condo renters.” This made going to the pool awkward.

Nice condo. Remote location.

The condo was everything we needed for a weekend stay. Well stocked kitchen and furnishings. However we were surprised that it was so remote and very far to a restaurant or anything. We were in the area for hiking at Fall Creek Falls State Park and Rock Island State Park but both were a considerable drive. The condo did not provide some basics that we were used to at other VRBO units. No hair dryer, no kleenex, no shampoo/conditioner/soap.

Relaxing weekend

We had a wonderful time in this property. It was private and secluded and the property management was great at communication. Would recommend to others wanting a quiet weekend getaway.

Remote Family Vacation

The trout hill condo was exactly as advertised! The condo was very secluded and offered a great getaway to spend a few days on the lake in peace. The owners are very responsive, but you should definitely print out the rental papers before your trip, as cellular signal is very limited on site.

Great place!

Very nice and modern condo with a nice view, very peaceful, feels like you’re in the trees. A Lovely spot for relaxation and family time. We caught lots of fish in the beautiful lakes on the property and walked trails, made s’mores one night. We definitely will come back. Our eight-year-old daughter LOVED it. Thanks

Nice relaxing vacation

Great stay! Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Be prepared for your vehicle to get dusty though - the roads are gravel.

Beautiful and quiet!

Great place to stay to disconnect from busy-ness. Beautiful, clean property. We had spotty to zero cell service, though the WIFI worked very well. We took plenty to cook and eat, which was good as restaurant options are limited. At night, it was a delight to sleep with the windows open and only hear crickets and cicadas. The owners were very responsive with the few small hiccups we had when we first got there. Would definitely consider going again.
