"A great room for 6 people. Clean. Good shower and toilets. Great location next to mountains and pubs. "

"Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help."

My only suggesting is that without a ‘boot room’ the stair carpet and landing carpet is a bit grubby ( presumably from muddy boots and wet paws) and needs to be carpet cleaned weekly! "
