Purtroppo la struttura ha i suoi anni e manca un'ammodernamento della stessa, molto ben tenuta, per carità e pulitissima, ma si vedono tutti gli oltre 25 anni di attività. Peccato perchè il posto è veramente meraviglioso ed i gestori sono veramente deliziosi"

"Sehr schönes Haus in wilder Natur. Die Anfahrt geht über ca. 3 km in Serpentinen hoch. Die Auffahrt zum Haus innerhalb des Grundstücks ist heftig und ihr Auto sollte nicht tiefer gelegt sein… Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr schön, manches ist schon etwas abgewohnt ( z.B. die Couch). Die Küche ist ok, aber hat uns nicht zum Kochen animiert. Der Grill war soweit in Ordnung. Fernseher vorhanden, aber kein Empfang. Die Betten sind teilweise etwas weich, die Zudecken - wie in Italien üblich - nur...

"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"This property is an excellent option for multiple families with children. We were 3 families with 6 children ranging from 2 to 12. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space and a large pool. Just outside the villa there are multiple playgrounds for the children to enjoy. The property is very clean. A little dusty in some parts due to its age, size and countryside location.
