How about a holiday with friends or family in this beautifully located holiday home in the village of Fürth, near the famous Zell am See and Kaprun. The mix of wood and modern accessories give this holiday home a special appearance. After a strenuous day's holiday, you can refuel in your own sauna! On request, you can even book a massage.

The location of the holiday home is ideal; in the middle of the famous ski area "Zell am See-Kaprun" and near the centre of Zell am See and Kaprun! Nature, peace and quiet, a sunny location with contemporary comfort are the key words expressed in this holiday home. The ski bus passes almost directly in front of the door and takes you to the Kitzsteinerhorn glacier in Kaprun or to the well-known Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the area around Zell am See also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. For golf lovers, this holiday home is also ideally located. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. Favourite excursions in the region include Salzburg (the city of Mozart), Hohenwerfen Castle and the Großglockner. All these places can be reached in less than 1 hour by car.

In the basement you will find a huge hall, 2 spacious bedrooms and a wellness area with sauna. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with open kitchen, which is furnished in a modern way. The sunny balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the 1st floor, you have no fewer than 4 bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt. Geräumiges Haus, sauber, zentral und ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe wegen defektem Schlüsselsafe schwierig, etliche Glühbirnen defekt. Plus: Balkon und Sauna.

Die Grundreinigung der Fußböden und Bäder (Schimmel in den Duschen) ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Die Außenfront müsste dringend renoviert werden (z.B. platzt die Farbe an den Terrassentüren ab, Dichtungsbänder stehen von der Wand ab, Fenster sind stark verschmutzt ...). Das tatsächliche Bild des Hauses weicht ziemlich stark von den Bildern im Internet ab. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem - allerdings sollten die wasserabweisenden Matratzenbezüge auch regelmäßig gewaschen werden (Flecken des/der Vorgänger passennicht zum Stil des Angebots). Ich denke, dass beim Preis des Objekts mehr Sauberkeit erwartet werden kann.

Wir haben die linke Haushälfte mit 8 Personen bewohnt. Platz war mehr als genug. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Schuhtrockner, eine tolle Sauna war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Organisation und der Kontakt mit der Agentur war beispielhaft und sehr nett. Insgesamt ist das Haus baubedingt sehr hellhörig was mit schlafenden Kleinkindern evtl. schwierig werden kann. Der Spielplatz war leider komplett unbrauchbar und gesperrt. Alle Geräte waren kaputt was unsere Kinder natürlich sehr schade fanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen und die Gegend bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus wurde von 13 Personen bewohnt und es war Geschirr, Grundausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Da es offen gestaltet ist,war eine räumliche Trennung der Schlaf/Wohnbereiche nicht möglich und wegen der Lärmbelästigung und dem Schlafbedürfnis der kleineren Kinder eine Diskrepanz. Aber alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Haus

Sehr großes Wohn/Esszimmer, bequeme Couch. Sauna sehr gut. Ausreichende Anzahl Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten. Skischuhtrockner sehr willkommen. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil veraltet, zum Beispiel ist die Federing der Tür der Spülmaschine defekt so dass sie heftig runterfällt wenn man nicht aufpasst. Trotz Bilder im Internet gibt es keine Feuerstelle. Trotz anders lautender Formulierung im Vertrag ist die Anmietung der Bettwäsche Pflicht und muss vor Ort bezahlt werden, obwohl wir eigene Bettwäsche dabei hatten.

Wir waren 11 Personen plus 1 Hund in der tollen sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt, sehr nette Vermieterin. Es ist alles da was man braucht an Küchengeräten und Geschirr. Mehr als ausreichend. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir haben ein gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus in schöner Lage vorgefunden. Buchen würden wir das Haus für 6-8 Personen uns wäre es für 13 Personen, wie angegeben, viel zu klein. Kinder: Kleinkinder würden wir nicht empfehlen da das Treppenhaus nicht gesichert ist. Der Spielplatz ist vorhanden aber sehr veraltet und das Trampolin beschädigt ohne ständige Aufsicht nicht nutzbar. Wir wünschen einen tollen Urlaub.

Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Neubau, mit fünf Doppelzimmern, zwei davon mit einem dritten Bett. Ein Einzelzimmer mit Kinderbett. Vier Bäder ließen kaum Stau in der Versorgung zu. Ansonsten war die Wohnung, mit 220 m² gut ausgestattet. Auch den Grill auf der großen Sonnenterasse haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Es war ein Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
