The staff was friendly but they had no training to inform us about the nearest restaurants, gas station etc. A list on their desk would have been helpful. "I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night traveling with teenagers and was given a room where the exterior door was wide open and the door frame was visibly damaged.
