The Villa Klesari has a total area of ​​190m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and an air-conditioned living room with a dining table. There is also a kids bedroom with bunk bed and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three rooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
With a separate entrance, on the ground floor, there is a large tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining table.

The Villa Klesari is new home for 8 people, was built in 2018 and is located in a small village called Klesari, 4 km from Potpićan where there are pharmacies, bakeries and shops. The nearest beach is 13 km away, town Pazin is 13km and lovely town Labin is 25 km away. The house has an amazing view over mountain Učka and the indigenous Pićan town. In its own garden of 2500m2 there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, a barbecue, a covered terrace, a swing for children and 3 parking spaces.

Das Haus ist einfach nur toll. Wie auf den Bildern. Familie Vretenar sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten.

Family holiday

This property is really beautiful, lovely views, and very clean and well furnished, pool was great, our 18 month old great granddaughter had fun splashing around, Tina the host had left us a lovely plate of ham, cheeses and bread for our arrival, which we thoroughly enjoyed, Damir (Tina's husband) brought us over a lovely basket of fruit, veg, & wine, which was much appreciated. We visited Porec, Pula, and a couple of waterfalls, all within an hour's drive. We were a family of grandparents, grandchildren and great grandchild, all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property, would definitely recommend

Tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und super gepflegt, ebenso der Garten. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Bauernhof der Eigentümer. Diese sind sehr herzlich und haben uns immer nett begrüßt und gut behandelt. Des öfteren gab es frisches Obst oder Gemüse aus dem Garten der Eigentümer. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gepflegt und lädt bei passendem Wetter zum Planschen ein.

Einfach wundervoll

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und haben uns mit Kuchen, Brot und einer Wurst- und Käseplatte empfangen und kurz danach haben wir einen tollen Korb mit eigenem Gemüse, Eiern und Olivenöl bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Gelungener Familiensommerurlaub

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit super Aussenküche. Es war alles in der Grundausstattung vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Tina und Damir versorgten uns außerdem mit viel Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Wir fühlten uns stets gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful generous hosts

We (a group of 6) had a lovely week in this pristine house. It’s modern , clean and very comfortable. The pool is small but of key importance since we had some very hot days ( last week July ). . There are lovely views but the land was very dry and arid due to lack of rain and this made the surrounding countryside areas look and feel quite harsh. You need to drive about 20 mins to get anywhere of real tourist interest. The hosts could not have been nicer , sharing the most beautiful basket of produce from their garden and olive oil and wine too. We would recommend this hour if you like peace and quiet.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und haben uns am Anreisetag mit Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, einer Wurst-Käse-Platte und Brot versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man gerne eine Auszeit in ruhiger Gegend verbringt. Der Ausblick ist toll und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in Zentral Istrien. Sauber und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr Nett und haben uns nahezu täglich mit frischen Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Eines der Besten Häuser die wir bisher in Kroatien hatten.

Very nice owners

We arrived at the house and were welcomed very nice by the owners. During the whole vacation we got fresh vegetables from their garden and eggs from their chicken. The house was clean and modern. In the evenings we could listen to music without disturbing any neighbors. Also the pool was great with nice lightening at the night. At the end of our vacation the owner even washed our car wich was very nice! We completely enjoyed our vacation and maybe we‘ll come back one day! Thank you so much for the nice stay :)

Perfect house for a family vacation

The house was perfect, clean, spacious and with everything you need. Super location with lots of room outside and a nice pool. Short drive to beaches and towns. The owners are very friendly and helpful. On top of that, they surprised us with vegetables from their garden.

Sommerurlaub

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, dank dem superschönen Haus und dem tollen Garten - alles noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und auch die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Durch viele Aufmerksamkeiten wie Aufschnittplatten, Brot und Obstkorb bei der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes frisches Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, wird der Aufenthalt sehr aufgewertet! Der Pool wird täglich gesäubert und auch die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Toller Ausblick auf die Berge und außer dem Haus von den Vermietern, kein einziges Haus in der Nähe! Also sehr ruhig gelegen. Man könnte noch viel positives schreiben... also es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool und Ausblick. Sehr nette Vermieter mit Gastfreundschaft und Herz!

Wir hatten 14 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen und modernen Haus! Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf ein Tal und nahe Berge zur einen Seite, und zur anderen Seite auf den Markanten Kirchturm vom Örtchen Pican, dass wie eine kleine Burg auf einem 1,5 km entfernten Hügel liegt. Der bei Dunkelheit beleuchtete Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und es war schwer die Kinder davon loszueisen. Aber wir haben auch mit sieben Personen darin getobt und entspannt. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Zum Beispiel ein Lidl in ca.13min oder ein schönes Weingut zum kosten und einkaufen in ca 8min. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit, mit der uns die Vermieter dort gleich zur Ankunft begrüßt haben und während unseres Aufenthalts begegnet sind! Am Ankunftstag hatten sie Getränke und eine Kleinigkeit zu Stärkung vorbereitet! Und sie beschenkten uns großzügig mit Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Anbau. Katoffeln, Tomaten, Paprika, Zucchini und Feigen usw. Auch standen sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn wir Fragen hatten! Wo ist ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe? Wo ist der schönste Strand! Sie hatten die besten Tipps! Also unser Fazit: Top Unterkunft mit super netten Menschen.

Ein super schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren 13 tägigen Aufenthalt in Pican sehr genossen. Die Vermieter dieses Objektes sind super Gastfreundlich und helfen bei selbst dem kleinsten Anliegen weiter. Am Tag der Anreise geb es ein kleines Willkommensfrühstück welches wir nach der langen Autofahrt sehr genossen haben, am zweiten Tag haben wir von den Vermieter einen großen Korb voll frischem Gemüse aus ihrer eigenen Landwirtschaft. Dieser Korb wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank nochmal 😊 Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool wurde spätestens jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen, da es für uns ein perfekter Urlaub war.

Great stay

We had very nice week at the villa. The house was extremely clean and it included all we needed for our stay. Kitchen is will equiped for cooking. The pool was great and it was cleaned every other day. The secenery was just beautiful with mountains and countryside. The owners were very nice and helpfull. Everything worked very well with them. We will return to this villa if we decide to go back to Istria.

Family vacation

We spent two weeks in July 2018 at this amazing house.Four adults 2 children. Everything was clean, in perfect condition and simply wonderful.The owner taking care of the bulding were kind, always on time and amazingly helpful. Our two children loved it very much. The house is in a small village of 3-5 houses and hence really in the nature. We would definitely visit this house again!!!!

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit perfekter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Die Villa ist nagelneu und es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht Größere Städte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 6 Leuten, und die ersten Mieter dieser Villa. Der housekeeper als auch die Besitzer der Villa sind überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Für uns war es ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub von 2 Wochen
