  • Located in eastern Istria and only a short drive away from the tourist hotspot Rabac, Villa Poimon offers an ideal vacation for friends or families up to a maximum of 6+2 guests. This modern villa with a private pool and beautiful views of nature offers a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

    Tastefully decorated and stylish interior consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and spacious bright living room with fireplace. The highlight of Villa Poimon is the beautiful green garden with private pool, children's playground and magnificent views of the town of Pican on the hill. There is also a terrace with an outdoor dining area, charcoal grill and oven. For even more fun at Villa Poimon, there are also darts, table tennis and a wellness fitness room.

    On request, guests can be offered further wellness services such as massage or cosmetic treatments.Villa Poimon is located in a quiet rural setting of the old town of Pican, which can be seen from the villa's garden. Villa Poimon is only a short drive away from the tourist hotspot Rabac on the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Rabac is known for its beautiful beaches. Formerly a small fishing village, today Rabac is a well-known vacation spot. Villa Poimon offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle and tourist crowds, yet the well-known Istrian destinations of Pula (60 km), Rovinj (45 km) and Porec (45 km) are within easy reach.

    The medieval town of Labin is a cultural center, known for numerous art galleries and an interesting sculpture park. If you decide to visit Labin, we recommend you to walk through the narrow stone streets and enjoy coffee with an incredible view of Rabac and the island of Cres. The beautiful Istrian nature and landscape with crystal clear sea, small historic towns, vineyards and olive groves can be discovered by bike.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt in der Villa Poimon. Es war sehr geräumig, unglaublich viel Stauraum, ein Megapool, alles sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag den wir haben, wäre Mückengitter an den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer. Oder noch besser, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war fantastisch und hat eine perfekte Ausstattung, auch wenn mal nicht die Sonne scheint und ein Regentag überbrückt werden muss. Die Außenanlage war top gepflegt und auch im Haus war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen! Der einzige Nachteil der Lage ist der weite Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt. Ein zweiter Schlüssel für das Haus wäre noch toll gewesen, da man sich mit einer großen Gruppe auch mal für das Tagesprogramm aufteilt. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit super herzlichen Besitzern :)

Wir verbrachten unsere Sommerferien in der Villa Pican.

Wir verbrachten unsere Sommerferien in der Villa Pican. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist zu 100% eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund perfekt war. Der Pool ist mit ca. 20m Länge gigantisch und einfach nur herrlich, um sich von den heissen Temperaturen abzukühlen. Grill und Pizzaofen laden zum ausprobieren verschiedener Speisen ein. Auf Nachfrage wo wir Holz kaufen konnten, wurde uns innert einer halben Stunde Holz vorbei gebracht. Klaudia, unsere Vermieterin, antwortet auf jede Anfrage sehr schnell und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns perfekt vom täglichen Arbeitsalltag erholen. Das Haus empfehlen wir zukünftigen Gästen gerne weiter! Vielen Dank an Klaudia und Barbara, ihr wart sehr gute Gastgeber!

Am Wochenende sind wir aus unserem 2-wöchigen Istrien Urlaub zurückgekommen.

Am Wochenende sind wir aus unserem 2-wöchigen Istrien Urlaub zurückgekommen. Es war bereits das vierte mal, dass wir in dieser einzigartigen Gegend waren. Die Villa Poimon bietet rundum einen gewissen Luxus mit tollem Pool, grandioser Aussicht ins Grüne, Aussenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, etc. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was gut ist, da wir mit 2 Hunden dort waren. Alles in allem gepflegt. Die Betreuung war auch sehr gut und Barbara sehr nett. Jedoch gibt es ein paar Kritikpunkte, die es vor allem auch aufgrund des recht hohen Preises zu erwähnen gilt: In der Küche fehlen oder fehlten, Schüsseln, Schneidebretter, Backofenbleche und diverse Küchenhelfer. Dies hatten wir auch direkt vor Ort angemerkt und es wurde glücklicherweise zum Teil direkt behoben. Vor ab hatte ich auch nachgefragt, ob es um den Pool herum genügend Sonnenschirme gibt. Hier hieß es ja, diese sind vorhanden. Aber vor Ort ist ein kleiner Schirm, der auseinander gerissen ist und in den Müll gehört! Alle Toilettendeckel im Haus sind kaputt, nicht richtig befestigt, haben die falsche Größe und auch wie anderweitig bereits angemerkt mussten wir den Ablauf in der Dusche reinigen, da das Wasser nicht ablief und in den Flur gelaufen ist. Ich hoffe dies wird für die zukünftigen Gäste behoben und alles auf dem hohen Niveau gehalten.
