"Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. "We booked in from Friday to Sunday. Hotel stay are impeccable, the room was smart, clean and had everything we needed. "We were charged for 2 deluxe rooms and one deluxe but not beach front for a total of 4 millions but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not aware of our booking and gave us 3 wooden rooms which were 3 times less expensive. They didn't want to refund the difference which is unacceptable. TO AVOID. Except that the hotel was totally empty and the all structure not well maintained."
