Hotel bastante bueno y comodo

El hotel son bungalows, está bastante bien con baños al aire libre, bastante original. Está alejado de la playa pero no es gran problema porque te llevan y te traen cuando lo requieres

Cheap, but still not worth it

Not very clean rooms. They changed the sheets once in two weeks - even though we asked for them to be changed multiple times. No fridge. No transfer to the beach nor to the night market - even if it was stated in the description.

虫が気にならなければ...。

年末年始で良さげなホテルの空きが少なかったという事情はあるものの、チョイスを失敗したというのが実感です。スタッフはにこやかで親切、英語も問題なく通じますし、朝食ビュッフェもまずまずですが、清潔好きな日本人には向かないかと思います。部屋によるかもしれませんが、部屋の中、屋外トイレ・シャワーとも虫の王国で、特にアリの大量発生には驚き、子供から帰りたい！ホテル変えて！と訴えられました。プールもどんより濁っていてごみもたくさん浮かんでいたので、早々に上がりました。ビーチまで歩けなくはないですが(徒歩20分ぐらい)、多くが海沿いのホテルのプライベートビーチになっていて、あまりスペースもありません。中心部の市場までタクシーで10分弱、ケーブルカーまで30~40分、ちなみにこの島は安心のGRABが使えました。元々が安いので、お釣りは要らない程度の大らかさがあれば、ぼったくりとは感じないレベルでした。

Отель понравился, завтраки хорошие. Фактическое расположение отеля отличается от указаного на карте. Пешком до моря очень далеко, прямого прохода к морю нет, перегорожено другими отелями. Если возьмёте мопед, то добиратся будет удобно и до моря и до города.

Väldigt kluvet.

Vi är väldigt glada att vi bodde på detta hotell. Då det ligger en bit från stora vägen slipper man höra all trafik och tutande. Anläggningen var väldigt ren och inbjudande samt att personalen var helt fantastisk. Skulle gärna åka tillbaka, men då det är så otroligt skitigt både på stränder, gator m.m blir det inte så. Staden är som en sopstation. Då det byggs ännu mer turistboende kan man tycka att resebyråerna samt boendeförmedlare ställer högre krav. Som det är nu så skönmålar man över skiten.

An excellent choice. Very helpful staff. The so-called Hanoi rooms around the swimming pool are more expensive, with the Saigon rooms up the slope a bit cheaper. The swimming pool is the highlight - large and clean - with a large children's pool beside it. The slope to the Saigon rooms might prove an issue for those with mobility problems. My bathroom was clean but with one wall missing, so it was open to the elements

This hotel was away from the main tourists hotels and tucked away from the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to sunset beach and yummy restaurants all in walking distance. Our kids loved theur daily swimming at the pool.

The courtesy and friendly of staffs! Everyone works there are nice and customer satisfaction. The food is great, especially the hot food! We love them and eat them every morning. The amenities are great! Love to come back and stay there again!

L'hotel est bien mais la réservation par EXPEDIA est à fuir, un exemple: Réservation dans ce resort pour 3 nuits (autour de Noël) à Phu Quoc. La réservation avait été effectuée en pension complète, dont le repas de Noël. L'hôtel n'a pas assuré la pension complète car il ne le font jamais.D'ailleurs les autres sites de réservation (Booking, Hotel.com) ne vendaient pas cette réservation avec pension complète. Pas d'excuses d'Expedia pour l'erreur. Un rapide prise en charge de 2 repas sur les 6 prévus (dont un réveillon). Aucune négociation possible... Agence à fuir absolument !!!

DISCLOSURE: we are a young backpacker couple who gladly stay in $4/night hostels with no issues and this was beyond gross. Do not stay at this so called “resort”. The room they checked us into was absolutely infested with bugs and spiders. Upon check in (before we realized) we took a quick 20 minute nap. Upon waking up, our legs and arms were covered in bites and the sheets dotted with blood. The bathroom is covered in spiders and spider webs (which the manager was aware of and did nothing to clean up) we called reception and asked them to check out the room. They came, saw the massive webs and blood on the sheets and offered to switch us rooms. We said we just wanted to leave and get a refund but they asked us to try it out. Fair enough. They showed us two rooms. One was identical to the room we were just in (bug infested, dirty) and the other one was acceptable. We moved into that room. Not the greatest sleep. Super loud , could hear everything outsider, AC cut in and out , wifi never works but since it was Christmas we were going to make the best of it. At 7:30am they knocked on the door and told us we needed to vacate the room and they are putting us back in the same room where we got bit. At that point we just asked for our money , they came up with an excuse not to and we left. $250 Canadian down the drain. Not worth $62 a night. We backpacked all through Vietnam and stayed in much nicer home stays for $15 a night. This was supposed to be a Christmas treat for us and

Resting with natures

If U want to take a rest among the natures, I strongly recommand the resort. However, room service and lots of ants in the room were really not good. Mosquitos.....as well. But so beautiful.

Friendly staff and great value

We stayed for 5 nights in January and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Daisy Village is in a great location with relatively easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants and markets of Duong Dong and there is a 7.00pm shuttle every night through to the night market. Rooms are clean and functional although the restaurant is limited but the staff are top drawer friendly and the pools are lovely and clean. This place is great value and I would stay again !

私は1人で宿泊したのですがスタッフはとても親切でよかったです、ツアーもとても充実していて1人でも楽しめますよナイトマーケットもそれほど遠くはないです、家族で泊まればとても良いホテルじゃないんでしょうか、スタッフの笑顔がとても素敵でした

Lugnt och bra hotell

Lugnt och trevlig resort en bit från huvudgatan men helt OK ändå i avstånd till butiker, restauranger. Lite längre till stranden men det skadar aldrig att röra på sig. Frukosten var OK, saknade dock ost men i övrigt inga klagomål. Negativt var dock att vi vaknade av att en fågel jobbade friskt vid 03.00-04.00 tiden på morgonen med att riva loss isolering och knacka på taket för att bygga bo. Hoppas de hittar ingången till hens jobb inför andra kommande gäster. Inte roligt att bli väckt den tiden
