"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."

"This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here"
