"Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites."

"Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax.
The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha.
Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm."

"Our room was clean, the pool area was crowded, parking is an absolute mess.
The “free” parking is monopolized by the people going to the beach so expect to pay 150$+ just for parking.
You have to rent a microwave…rent for 20$…what…
the staff were all super nice, the valet guys were great to talk to and were super helpful.
I would 100% stay here again but if you’re looking for relaxing by the pool this isn’t the place. Kids everywhere at all times. I was told this was the place to recover...

"Room was clean and comfortable enough as expected, could have used another chair. Breakfast at Tru is pretty bad - nothing healthy except a bowl of unripe bananas and some apples. Egg omelettes were hard, dried out and not at all good. The yogurt came from a machine that said, “real cane sugar and vanilla”, we much prefer real plain yogurt, ripe fruit. Really we didn’t go there for breakfast, but it would have been nice. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good."

"The front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel."

"Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was."
