Enjoy this beautiful, updated home. Home offers space for up to "6" guests with well-appointed living space, whether on vacation or on business. Located in a highly desirable Gilbert community with walking and biking paths. Two community pools available, one pool is heated year-round. Home is close to airports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, SanTan village mall, Alta climbing, Bell Bank Park, Legacy sports complex. No overnight street parking is permitted, citations are issues or may be towed at your own expense. Ring device on the exterior of this property. No garage access, there is two parking spaces on the driveway. Home is smoke-free (no smoking, vaping or incense), smoking or vaping allowed 20 ft from entryways. Guidelines will be sent to each guest on the reservation prior to check in. We all love our furry pets, yet this home is strictly NO pets.

This place is amazing. The house is very accommodating and beautiful. Close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed for a soccer tournament. Gloria checked to make sure the house was what we expected when we arrived. Definitely if we were to come back to Arizona would try to stay here again. 5 stars in not enough.

Host was truly helpful and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean, conveniently located for our soccer tournament at the AZ athletic grounds and even had fruit trees in the backyard!! The neighborhood was SO quiet and safe and the heated pool was the best pool we have ever been to!! Great playgrounds as well!! Stay here, you will not regret it!

Horrible experience. Do not stay here! there was no access to A/C and house was hot. Owner would not let us adjust the temp. We came in late and could not sleep because the house was hot inside. Owner would not let us use thermostat. The most ridiculous issue and she wouldnt resolve it. Do not stay here

The property and location were great. The house is full of everything that you need. We come from a colder climate, so the house at 73-74 was a little warm for us, but we managed. We kept all the shudders closed and the ceiling fans going. Good experience. Would stay again.

Beautiful Property

Stayed here during a soccer tournament. Great 3 bedroom property with plenty of room and everything you need to cook. Cute backyard with covered sitting area. 5 stars I would definitely come here again.

Awesome location and super clean home!

Gloria reached out and communicated with me and made sure everything was ready before we checked in. During the stay she checked with me to see if we were satisfied and then gave me clear instructions to check out. We didn’t have a big list of things to do on either side of our stay which was amazing. The location was fabulous and close to so many good things. The home was clean and so cute and comfortable and she even left us some snacks, water and coffee! 5/5 for sure!!!

Pre-retirement visit

We chose this property to explore Gilbert, AZ as a potential retirement location. The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was in a neighborhood where we were close to golf, restaurants, shopping and enjoying the outdoors. Gloria was a great host! We hope to be back for a longer stay soon!

Great Gilbert Home!

This was our second stay at this lovely Gilbert home. Gloria was a great hostess with excellent communication before and during our trip. The home was very clean and well stocked with all you need for a pleasant stay. Comfy beds, well maintained furniture, in a quiet and safe family friendly neighborhood that’s close to all conveniences. We also enjoyed the peaceful backyard and walking around the lake near the clubhouse just a few blocks away. A very nice rental home. We hope to return again when visiting our family in the nearby area.

Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was well stocked and had a host who responded to any questions or issues immediately. The best part was its location, only a 5 minute ride to our daughter’s home. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. For our first ever rental, we found a gem.

Soccer Tournament Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is extremely close to everything you need and Gloria was an incredible host. The home layout is great, beds are super comfortable and the home is extremely clean. We can't wait until we can stay here again.
