This 3350 square foot, tri-level home is in a quiet neighborhood in the highly sought after Arrowhead area, and is spacious and comfortable for either large or small gatherings. Key Amenities - Pool for swimming (unheated), exercise area with treadmill, dumbbells, and yoga mat, Billiards/Ping-pong, extensive greenbelts with lakes close by for walking and biking, 7 smart TVs throughout, fast WiFi, large rooms with vaulted ceilings. Perfect Getaway

We stayed at Mr. Dave’s property for the week of the USA Baseball National Team Championships. I was last minute booking; however, from the very 1st message until the day we left, Mr. Dave was absolutely superb! He sets expectations and his communication is top tier, especially when it came to servicing the pool! The home was more than enough and everything you needed was right there. Centrally located and a very peaceful neighborhood. If we’re ever back in AZ, we will be staying in a home managed/owned by Mr. Dave!

Quiet neighborhood and relaxing home

We had a great stay at Dave’s place! We enjoyed all of the space and the pool was just what we needed to complete our relaxation vacation. The home was clean and fully stocked with the necessities. Dave was readily available if we did have a question and his communication was great! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Dave is great! Communicates quickly and effectively. Very attentive. Provides the basics and the place was amazing for multiple People, esp kids. Pool. Game room. TVs In all rooms. Spacious kitchen. And a lot of sitting areas to hang out!

Loved it!

We had such a great time staying here! The kids especially loved the game room & swimming pool. Spacious living room, kitchen & dining area. Dave (and his team) were awesome, always quick to respond & made sure that everything went smoothly. We would love to come back the next time we’re in Arizona!

Dave, thank you very much for a great experience in Arizona. We had a great time in your beautiful house. We rent this house during May, the house is as seen in the photos, in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The house is located in a very central location, which allowed us to go to Phoenix and Scotsdale very quickly and is a 3 hrs trip to the Great Canyon. One of the best things was Dave's attention to us, he is an excellent host, he helped us not only with the entire house booking process, but also informed us of all the attractions, museums and restaurants in the surroundings. I would book any property managed by Dave without hesitation. 100% recommendable!!! Thank you very much Dave, it was nice meeting you. Kind Regards, María Miranda

Great Host, Great location

House was well equipped with necessities for everyday living for our week stay. Home away from home. Well enough space to accompany all family members. Family was quite impressed. Liked that there was enough activities to bring us together and keep us busy. Love the cleanliness of the house, and the comfortable bedding . Will definitely stay at this location again.

Overall Amazing!

My cousin and I drove down from MN, we found this amazing house! It is very beautiful inside and out. With everything going on with covid the house was very clean! The owner was so great! He was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs, the house was great for young kids! He is also close by if you need anything. The location was great, you are very close to everything only 20-30 minute drive to downtown phoenix. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. Overall it was an amazing, will definitely come back to Dave!
