Perfect condo for two!

Selected the property because it was very close to the memory care facility where family is and the purpose of our visit. The property was clean, easy to get in and out of and convenient to all the places we needed to go. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, which helps take the anxiety off renting a place vs checking into a hotel.

Great little condo

My husband and I stayed for 6 days at this great little condo. It had all the amenities we needed, much more than previous condos we’ve stayed at which was nice. We didn’t use the laundry but he even had laundry detergent if needed. The kitchen had all the tools you might need to do cooking and the fridge appeared to be new. The couch was very comfortable and nice area to watch TV. Our favorite was the patio area which was nice and clean. It was a scorcher here in august so I was very thankful the patio didn’t have direct sunshine and was covered. My husband and I enjoyed coffee there every morning and even had the best seat for an awesome lightening show one night. The pool is literally a hop and a skip away from the condo and that area had a few grills if you wanted to BBQ. The condo is in a gated community with lots of shop nearby. My husband and I wasn’t familiar with the area but felt safe. Neighbors around were incredibly friendly. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay. We will stay again :)

Great Rental!!

What a great rental. First time using this app and the entire process was seamless. Our host was awesome! Answered all my questions prior to arrival even entertained my special request for some small baking supplies to bake a birthday cake. He happily obliged and had it all there for me. I could not be more grateful! The space looked new m, super tidy and had plenty of stocked linens & general supplies. Prime location too, had 2 supermarkets around the block and a plethora of restaurants to choose from.
