Spring Break Destination

Our two kids and their families from New York stayed here during their 2025 spring break. Great location. Plenty of room for five adults and five children under twelve years of age. House, yard and pool were clean and very well appointed. Our only complaint was the tv was inoperable. No instructions. We look forward to returning.

Updated Treasure

This house was very clean and updated. Close to restaurants and shops it was perfect for a family girls weekend. Because of the beautiful weather we enjoyed the outdoor pool area which was furnished with enough lounge chairs for all of us.

Amazing Experience, A Must-Stay

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Jay’s property in Scottsdale for my bachelor party in May and it did not disappoint! The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating. A great experience, would stay again!

Great Celebration Spot

Lovely House but a few issues

The house was beautiful but the pool was not clean when we arrived and we struggled to get hot water and consistent WIFI. Maintenance was contacted and pool was cleaned promptly but hot water continued to be an issue. Only one person could shower and then we had to wait a bit. With taps on full hot you would only get warm water. Sinks would get no hot water, including Kitchen sink. Some kitchen supplies need replacing, we bought a frying pan at the dollar store as the one supplied was not in good shape.

Arizona trip

I have never been to Arizona before, I don’t know much about the area and such. However, I thought the view of the mountains were breath taking. The backyard was perfect, the view and the set up. We were located within 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsdales where restaurants, activities, bars/ clubs were. The house felt clean. Laundry was available and both bath and pool towels. I would consider returning to this house if I make my way back to the area!

Great location for girls getaway
