After a day of golf or spring training, mix a drink at the tiki bar, relax in the warm pool, then sink into premium mattresses and blackout shades. Book now for resort vibes without the resort crowds!

There are plenty of towels, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

***Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day, please let us know if you would the pool heated so we can invoice you for that separately*** This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Excellent place for a family getaway or small group retreat

We enjoyed the large, spacious home with multiple living rooms, three full baths and four bedrooms. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for relaxing and eating. The best feature, of course, was the pool. Hosts were very responsive to a small breakage that happened during our stay. Close to shops and other attractions.

GCU Graduation Stay

House was nice, though could use some updating. Outdoor and indoor furniture could use a good upholstery cleaning. Notwithstanding those 2 things. We enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was stellar. She was very responsive to all my questions/concerns.

Christmas vacation

This was a great house, in a great location. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The pool was amazing, please make sure you reach out to the owner a few days before checking in to make sure you can have the pool warmed as soon as you arrive at the property. (If you’ll be here during cold season)Overall great experience, great neighborhood, modern and updated appliances, clean property, and just a fun space to be in. Even if you’re in a big group everyone has their own space in the house, and when you need to be together as a large group, there is more than enough to be together.I’ll give this a 10/10

Nice stay

This house is in a nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. The pool was great - we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and I’m glad we did. We were happy with the air conditioning and hot water. We didn’t run out of hot water even with all of us showering, doing dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable. In all, it was a great stay!

Excellent home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Desert Tiki! We were there for a full week and the place had everything we needed. Restaurants and shopping nearby. The backyard was awesome. We will definitely stay again next time.

Very nice house

House was clean and comfortable. Listing accurately reflects the house and we were happy with our stay. We had one issue with the outdoor fireplace and reported it on our 3rd day in to our 14 day stay. It was never fixed so we didn't get to use it on the cool nights. Other than that, we would recommend the house.

Family wedding

Quick weekend getaway. Lori was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The house was spacious and inviting. The only improvement I would comment on is the back sliding door to the pool. It was hard to use due to the safety lock. Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend and stay again.

Great location!

We were in town for the NASCAR championship weekend and the location was perfect. Great neighborhood (we even met the neighbors). Close enough to day trip to Phoenix for hiking/adventures.
