Relaxing stay with FREE heated pool! The Rimrock Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Everything in this house is brand new! Enjoy comfy recliners and couches or unwind by the pool and shaded patio.

This house is perfect for a variety of experiences! Come and relax on a family vacation, use this as a home base for your Lake Pleasant adventures, or just soak up the sun! If you are looking for a place to stay while on a golf excursion or while attending spring training our house is in a great location for your next getaway.

Indoor living:
Reclining and swivel chairs, leather couches, 3 Smart TVs with premium Dish tv, Chromecast and access to streaming services, pack and play, baby entertainment jumper, and games!

Our house offers a large master bedroom with an attached bathroom
including a shower, soaking tub and a large walk in closet.
2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are separate from the master. They both have a twin size memory foam floor mat available.
The 4th room is open and considered a common area with a sleeper sofa, TV, books, and games - perfect for kids!
Brand new pillows and mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep!
Complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are also available.

Kitchen:
Everything you need! Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, griddle, hand mixer, waffle maker, Keurig with pods (coffee & tea) provided, dishware & flatware, spices, oil, etc.

Outdoor:
Awesome pool with lounge seating, pool toys, floating loungers, covered patio dining, gas grill,, portable Bluetooth speaker
Pool is heated to 83 degrees, can be heated to a higher temp for $35/per day

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was convenient to the Surprise and Peoria Spring training facilities. There was a slight issue with the pool and we were very impressed by how quickly Julia responded and the pool was working by the time we got back later that day. We really appreciated her quick response.

Beautiful house with nice sized pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The pool was awesome as was the rest of the house. We had excellent communication with the owner. Will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit. Thanks again for everything!!

Beautiful house with a great heated pool!!

We had a sisters retreat here again , it’s our second stay . The house is amazing with a large , well stocked kitchen and three nice size bedrooms with super comfortable beds . The living area has two sofas and two small recliners and is very specious . There is also a large den with a tv and a sofa for extra guests . The outside area has a nice table under the covered patio plus plenty of lounge chairs by the heated pool. There is outdoor lighting hanging on patio on a timer which was nice for subtle lighting at night. The pool is nice sized and was super clean . We spent a lot of time outdoors . The house is in a great location in Surprise with easy access to Bell Road and the 303. It’s definitely one of the nicest places we have rented , we are definitely coming back next fall. Julia is a super host, gracious and always answered any questions promptly . We LOVE this property . It’s truly top notch , super comfortable with a fantastic heated pool. See ya next year 😁

Incredible Getaway/Exceptional Communication

We will be staying at this property again. Our hosts were kind, accommodating and communicative. The property was perfect- heated pool, high chair, pack-n-play and toys for our toddler and all of the comforts of why you stay in a short term rental like this one. This exceeded our expectations and we look forward to booking again.

Home away from Home

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal street activity. The layout of the house is perfect for adults & teens. Plenty of sitting space in the kitchen and living area. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking and entertaining. Heated pool was a plus and a basketball court at the end of the street was great for the kids (bring your own basketball). Julia, the host, was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful , comfortable home !

My triplet sisters and I got to enjoy this beautiful home first two weeks in Nov. it is in a great neighborhood and great location making it easy to get around . This home is so comfortable and spacious . We had plenty of room to stretch out to watch tv at night and a huge kitchen to cook in. The kitchen is well stocked and had spices and oils to cook with . We had a second den area with a couch that had a pull out to make it like a double bed . We didn’t use that but we did enjoy the tv in there if one of us wanted to watch something else . The master is HUGE, and there was a little desk in there with a printer or scanner on it. The other two bedrooms were separated by a long hallway and they were very spacious as well. The beds were so comfortable with nice bedding . The backyard is landscaped nicely , has patio lights on a timer , a nice table and lounge chairs to sun in. There was also nice rafts to float on and other pool supplies to use. The garage is big enough for two cars easily . This place is one of the nicest homes I have stayed in , in the Surprise area. It was spotless, inviting and very comfortable . Thank you Julia for your outstanding hospitality and thank you for opening your beautiful home so we could truly enjoy Arizona. Outstanding place !!

Rimrock Retreat = A+++

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of kitchen amenities for when we opted to stay in and cook! There were also puzzles and other board games that we totally utilized on our family game night. The back yard was everyone's favorite feature! We really enjoyed the bluetooth speaker, floaties and pool basketball hoop! Would love to stay here again!
