Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for easy, keyless self check-in.

You will have full private access to the entire home and all amenities, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay comfortably.

For safety and to prevent damage, guests are not permitted to adjust or handle the pool heater controls. If you would like to request pool heating, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note: Pool and lawn maintenance takes place every Wednesday.

Getting around from Mai Tai Manor feels simple and seamless. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, you’re just minutes from Old Town, dining, shopping, golf, and entertainment.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easy to access and make getting around effortless, whether you’re heading out for the night or exploring during the day.

Loop 101 and Loop 202 are nearby for quick access to surrounding areas.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making travel smooth from start to finish. Complimentary parking is available at the home.

★ Pool Heating
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $65 per night. Advance notice is required to allow the pool to reach a comfortable temperature. Pool heating is not available during the summer months.

★ Early Check-In
We’re happy to accommodate early check-in when available. A small fee may apply. Please message us the night before your arrival to check availability.

★ We’re happy to provide recommendations for in-home chefs, spa services, and local experiences to enhance your stay. Please feel free to message us for suggestions.

For safety and property guidelines, outside vendors involving open-flame cooking, including hibachi or teppanyaki services, are not permitted on the property.

★ Essentials
Fresh towels, linens, and a starter set of essentials are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed.

★ Pre-Arrival Requirement
All guests are required to complete a quick pre-arrival form and rental agreement prior to check-in. We use a secure third-party platform to ensure a smooth and safe booking experience.

★ Parking
Free parking is included. To respect our neighbors, parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway and two on the street at all times.

★ Guest Count
To help us prepare the home properly for your stay, please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when completing your booking, as our pricing and home preparation are based on the number of guests listed in the reservation.
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests total, including all overnight guests and any vendors or service provider.
If your guest count changes before arrival, please update your reservation so we can make the appropriate arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the home comfortable and ready for everyone.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old
A $300 security deposit hold will be placed as a pre-authorization and released after departure and inspection
We use Truvi background checks to automatically vet guests, so no additional information needs to be submitted off-platform
