All visitors must be listed on reservation, No unregistered guests on the property without prior permission.
Noise monitors are placed in the backyard to ensure noise level adheres to City of Scottsdale limit.
There is a neighborhood watch board and the City of Scottsdale & Scottsdale Police Department will enforce noise complaint ordinances with fines up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property without any refund.
This is a residential neighborhood with parking available in the driveway. We want to keep the cars on the street to a minimum as to be respectful to our neighbors.
Lights for the tennis court are currently not operational for playing after 5:00 PM.

All guests, except minors, must be at least 25 years old at booking and must be listed on reservation at the time of booking. No unregistered guests on the property without prior permission.
Only guests with a minimum 3 positive reviews are allowed to book via Instant Booking. Others may message host with a booking request.
** Additional daily charge of $125 for pool heat with minimum 2 day advance notice prior to arrival. Pool will be heated to 82-85 degrees for your comfort.
We will charge the day of check in but will not charge for the day of check out.
***No Parties***
**Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9:00pm. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to city imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be immediately removed from the property without any refund
***NO Smoking on the property, evening if it is in the backyard. We have placed smoke detectors throughout the property. Violating this will result in forfeiture in full security deposit and guests will be responsible for full cost of any damage incurred.
***NO pets are allowed on the property, even if it is in the backyard. Our noise detector will pick up sound from pets. Violating this will result in forfeiture in full security deposit, immediate removal and guests will be responsible for full cost of any damage incurred.
