Completely remodeled darling 1 bedroom separate apartment is quiet, private and spacious. Find out why we are known as the "Valley of the Sun" as you enjoy our breathtaking sunsets on your sweet patio overlook! Then head inside to watch a show on our HUGE 70" with some fun movie snacks we provide for you.. We are located minutes from the Spring Training Facilities, golf courses, restaurants and grocery. Hiking is just around the corner as well. Come stay in our home away from home.
The space
Please read full details:
Our fresh new apartment is attached to our beautiful home but is completely private with its own entrance. You can park right in front of the home and head up your private outdoor staircase. Premium, cozy king sized bed and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and TVs in both the main room and the bedroom as well as a comfortable shower/tub make it easy to sit back and relax. Or, if you need to get some work done, we have a nice workspace with fast wifi and chargers for your needs. There is a full sized sleeper sofa that can easily be pulled out for any other guest you may have. Since this is a brand new sight, please let us know if you have any special needs or requests we may have overlooked and we are so happy to accommodate. Welcome ~ and feel free to stay a while!

Excellent communication from the host as well as Little touches that made it feel like we were at home. I would definitely rent this unit again without any hesitation. One thing I will mention is the steps leading up to the unit are quite steep. Keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs already. Otherwise it was a great day and you can tell the owner really take a ride to their property.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Mesa! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. Wonderful Vacation!!!

We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location for all our family activities. The apartment was exactly as described and super clean. The little touches that Scott and Kim provided (fresh orange juice from their trees, chips and salsa for Cinco de Mayo, and delicious scones when on the day we left) were appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch!

This is our first stay at a vacation rental property and we were not disappointed at all. When we arrived, we were greeted with a hand written note from Kimberly and fresh squeezed orange juice. The apartment was super clean and organized when we arrived. She thought of every little detail and communicated with us throughout our stay! This was the perfect get-a-way trip and we will definitely be back to this lovely apartment in a superb neighborhood.

The apartment is exactly as it is listed. It is very clean and has plenty of space. It was perfect to use as our home base while we visited friends in different cities near by. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. The snacks and fresh orange juice where appreciated. We would stay here again if we are back in the Mesa area.

home away from home

This is our 2nd time staying here . we just love it. Our host Kim and Scott are wonderful people and very helpful. We will be back . The area is beautiful and we find it very nice for long walks . The guest quarters is very clean and comfortable (love the king size bed )

Quiet and Comfortable

We stayed 5 days and loved this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to main roads. They have a wonderful welcoming package of movie treats and fresh squeezed orange juice from their own trees. Very spacious and clean. Bed is king sized and comfortable. Living area has a very large screen TV and a beautiful little kitchen that has everything you need. There is a walk in closet with a full size washer and dryer which was an unexpected surprise. Host was friendly, responsive and had much good advice about restaurants and fun things to do. We plan to stay again.

This property was exactly as described. The check in/out process was smooth, and the owner was super responsive. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Our stay was great. Just the little things that were super nice, made us feel at home from the welcome note personalized with a movie pack, to the cute fresh squeezed orange juice in the fridge! One of the best so far

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Clean, quiet, convenient, private, very well stocked. This is by far one of the best VRBO spaces I've stayed in. I will definitely be back when in Mesa again. The owners have taken very good care of the space. They even provided movie snacks.

Wonderful Stay

Comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly and communicative hostess, and the apartment is in a convenient location - all exactly as advertised. And the place was competitively priced (a great deal from our perspective). What more could we ask for?! My wife and I are seniors with good knees, so we had no problem navigating the stairs to the apartment. However, someone with poor balance or knees could have difficulty.
