This open plan space provides direct access to the backyard with BBQ bar, fire pit and pool area, for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining!

Our ground floor also hosts one large King Bedroom, a half bath and bonus room.

The grand staircase opens out into a multifunctional loft space, with additional sleeping options. Beyond that lies two additional King Bedrooms, and a beautiful Master Suite.

The Master suite includes a King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private balcony with mountain views, full master bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub.

Our 3 car garage and ample yard space makes this a great place for large families, and groups of all ages!

* Pool heating is $50/day from March 1 through November 30 and $100/day from October 1 through February 28/29, with the temperature set to 80 degrees. For stays longer than a week, please inquire about special pricing. Pool heating requests must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to your check-in date to ensure the pool reaches the desired temperature.

We ask that you and your fellow guests respect our home, and abide by the following:

--Please respect our neighbors privacy, and remain respectful of the surrounding areas of our home.

--Please refrain from going outside the eastern rear fence as the area is unimproved and uninsured.

--Guests must follow instructions and safety guidelines when using the pool, BBQ and fire pit.

--Parties and events are allowed, but are not to exceed the number of guests allowed on the property (10). Host reserves the right to charge a $2,000 penalty fee, if this rule is broken. Additional guests (beyond the number permitted) will be charged a penalty fee of $100 per guest, per night.

--Additional cleaning fees will be charged if any additional cleaning time is required in order to get the property back to its original standard.

ABOUT OUR HOME
This property has been such a beautiful project for us that we hope you will love. We have spent 8 months preparing this property for you, taking it from its unkempt state to somewhere that will serve you and your family. We want this property to be a place that brings you together.

We ask that you and your fellow guests respect our home. We want you to enjoy the space, however, we do not permit parties or events.

GUEST ACCESS
All amenities listed are yours to enjoy!

Our property insurance allows guests to stay near the house and on roadways. Please do not venture outside improved areas near the home. Watch for thorns, bugs, and snakes when outdoors in AZ.

We provide keypad access to the property, you will receive an entry code before check in. We also have keypad access to the pool area from the back deck, and when accessing from the side gates.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING FOR 3
Additional bedding is available for the three futon beds.

CHILDREN’S ACCESSORIES
If traveling with small children under two, we have a highchair, a baby gate for the stairs (please read instructions carefully - we are not responsible for improper installation), and a pack and play available for use to make your stay more convenient and stress-free.
