Great Rental

Second time we have stayed here. Really comfortable place with a great backyard. The house is well stocked with whatever you need, and the property manager is very helpful and easy to reach. We will likely stay here again.

Lovely house in a great location

We were very pleased with the location, size and amenities at this house. It was clean and very well-stocked. Having 2 living areas provided plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. I definitely recommend this house, and we will stay here again when we return. If you're looking for a restaurant recommendation, Nick's Italian Restaurant is very close-by and has excellent food and wine.

Perfect rental

We came out for a week of baseball and this house was better than expected! It was very clean with an amazing floor plan and had something for everyone. Our family had the best time staying there, from swimming to ping pong to playing pool! It truly felt like home and I would highly recommend it. We had a wonderful week.

Terrific property

Meticulously kept property, accommodating house manager and property owner--have already reserved again for next year. Only comment is furniture around pool is not the most comfortable--cushions are thin with metal based furniture. Could use a slightly larger table outside--we ate every meal outside! Very well equipped in terms of daily supplies--paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent--did not need to purchase anything outside of the food we consumed. Highly recommend! And we are picky:)

Mountainview Ranch

Excellent VRBO property. My wife and I would stay there again without hesitation for early spring sun and pool downtime. Always quick communication with Host/Owner and property manager. Lots of amenities.

What a wonderful home. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the desert heat and the home offered a host of amenities that enhanced our stay. Kudos to Leslie for her prompt responses and cheerfulness. Great location, relaxing stay

Great location in NE Scottsdale, quiet neighborhood and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard near the pool. Pool water feature was calming, and a good deal of shade and umbrellas for afternoon sun. House was clean and well stocked with towels, soap, paper towels and all the kitchen items you could need. Some areas of the home looked brand new (master shower was exquisite) however the front door and patio slider door were quite aged. Still all worked well, just didn't have a great weather strip seal on the doors, so we felt bad when the AC was on. Our only issue was we expected a 2 car garage to keep both cars out of the sun, but only 1 stall was available for use (motorcycle parked in one side of the garage was there when we arrived). Also the BBQ grill didn't appear cleaned by previous guests so we had to scrub and clean the grates before use. Not a huge deal as we often used the grill so wanted to get it as clean as possible before use. Property manager was great, easy to text and communicate with.

Beautiful home with terrific amenities and centrally located.

This home was exactly as it appears in the listing! It is gorgeous! Home is updated with great features such as pool table, bar and 'game room' area. Master bedroom/bath, in particular, is lovely. Outdoors with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy sunny days and a big pool to refresh. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful home with everything!

We needed a trip and decided to bring our two 20 something daughters and our dog for a vacation so we could see friends in Scottsdale. This home was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We used tge jacuzzi for three days at a minimal extra cost and enjoyed the outdoor BBQ too. Having the bar and pool table provided some extra fun. It was also perfect for our dog. I would absolutely stay again and our host was available, helpful and gracious. No problems at all. Only slight issue was the control panel for the pool and jacuzzi was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Loved our stay!

Scottsdale Golf Trip

Great location for our trip - close to all the golf courses we played. Would like to see a TV in at least 1 of the 3 bedrooms but rest of house and patio is very well laid out and exactly as advertised.

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting relatives in Scottsdale. The unit was just as represented on the web site. Also, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay there again sometime!

Lovely home and pool, private, convenient location

Both the host and property manager were always prompt and responsive, helpful. This is the best equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, plenty of extras. The drive in garage was a nice bonus. The furniture and bed was very comfortable. The property was clean and well maintained. The enclosed back yard is great, especially for a dog, with a very nice pool and high privacy wall, quiet neighborhood. Big screen TV's, a pool table, outdoor grill. Really a lovely place to stay in the N Scottsdale area. We would happily stay here again.

Scottsdale private pool house

The home was very nice and it definitely gave the feel of a vacation location because it’s not cluttered at all. The extra supplies at the home gives you a “hotel” style feel. The only reason we gave the property a 4 on cleanliness was due to the pool not being sparkling clean. The house was very clean. Master bedroom and bath are really nice, only downside was no TV in master. We like to watch TV at night in our room. The pool guy came and cleaned the pool on a Friday, the day after we arrived however, the landscape crew came through on the following Monday and messed up the pool quite badly. I will say that once I brought it to the attention of Leslie, the property manager, she responded promptly, had the pool guy back out to the house and he cleaned the pool. Fortunately for all, we had scheduled a trip to the river that day so the pool being down for part of the day ended up not really affecting us too much. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the home. Great neighborhood and very quiet. P.S. As a suggestion for the future, I would recommend to management listing / disclosing where security/surveillance cameras are located.

Wonderful Northern Scottsdale property....

We stayed at this rental in Northern Scottsdale from March 1-March 31, 2020. We loved the house and location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Our first week was amazing, visiting our favorite restaurants and destinations. Then covid19 emerged! Plans changed and our families had to cancel their plane reservations to come and visit us. From then on it was just the 2 of us in this big, beautiful, 3 bedroom house. The house was a great place to shelter in. It had all of the essentials we needed. The large, tastfully decorated master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms were darling and shared a very nicely updated bathroom. All of the beds were comfortable and appointed with nice linens and towels. The large living room was open to the kitchen and game room. We loved the comfortable sectional while watching the big screen Smart TV. This room has doors that open up to the pool area, which brings in lots of light. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen with all the essentials and cookware. A very workable space with granite countertops. The game room was a bonus space with another large sectional and TV. The bar was well appointed with a wine fridge, a lighted cabinet with bar glasses, and 4 high stools for entertaining around the bar area. The pool table was a great addition to this space. The pool area was perfect! We spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the sun, or grilling and having cocktails on the patio. We loved our stay at this Northern Scottsdale property and are looking forward to returning next year. The property manager was very nice, and accommodating as well! George and Vicki Menke

Gorgeous and clean house

My family was undergoing a remodel so we stayed at the property for an extended time. It was an amazing experience. The owner and property manager are excellent and worked with our crazy scheduling. The owner has the home stocked with everything you can think of and even those items you might have forgotten (i.e. bandaids). Would definitely recommend!

Large and comfortable home with everything you need included

Our family of four, plus two dogs, stayed at this lovely home for a full month, and it was stocked with enough supplies for the entire stay. All we needed to bring were our clothes! The owner and property manager really thought of everything from kitchen and laundry supplies to a pool table, music system, and board games. The home has a large backyard with a grassy area that is big enough for the dogs to run, a great pool and hot tub, and all are kept clean and well maintained. The garage is big enough for two cars. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, great for dog walking and running, and close to shopping areas and other Scottsdale places of interest. We loved staying here! Having an entire house with a pool to ourselves, instead of a standard hotel room, was the home-away-from-home we needed for our family. Thanks to the owner and property manager for making sure we were comfortable for the whole month!
