The hosts were quick to respond to all communication. The condo was exactly as described and so nicely decorated and stocked. The quality of dishes, cookware, linens, furniture all stood out compared to other VRBOs we have rented. It has a recliner- whoohoo! Great walkable location. It was fun to play with the Alexa and get a “welcome home” message when we returned from outings :) Loved the music themed decor and the great Pandora playlist access. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the Scottsdale area.

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale. Everything was as nice as pictured and even better. All the amenities plus a little welcome package made us feel right at home. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. Uber and Lyft readily available if we didn’t feel like walking. Beautiful property.

Met a friend in Scottsdale to visit my son.

The condo is super nice and well decorated. Very quiet and comfortable on the inside. It was nice to relax on the patio with coffee and also the pool area was quiet and good for my age group (50). All in all my stay was cool and comfortable and I would highly recommend the condo for 2 to 3 people. Great location to great restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk to town with the weather being cool enough. Didn't need to rent a car because the Ubers were plentiful and inexpensive to get around. I give the location a 10!

Lovely place

Property was berter than expected. It had everything one would need. Loved the musical touches throughout the condo. Quick and easy communication with the owners they the VRBO app. Close walk to Old Town. We for sure would return to this property again.

Clean and cute condo - close to Old Town

This is a great little condo. The hosts are very welcoming and very responsive. Everything is clean and well decorated. The hosts have thoughtfully provided plenty of amenities and perks. I never heard any noise from other tenants and the parking lot and walk to the condo was well lit. Overall this was a great place to stay!

Washburn Stay

I was leery at first, having never using VRBO and trusting the process but everything went great. Nice, clean, quiet apartment living rather than a motel, with the same conveniences as a motel, fitness center, hot tub, and pool and your own parking space. The host and hostess were exceptional, answering any questions we had immediately. Will definitely use again.

You can walk to just about anything you want in Scottsdale; great location. Condo was stocked with everything you would need and very clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. If there was anything else to say, it would be complex is older, and the TV’s were a little difficult to operate. We would stay here again.

Great Stay in Scottsdale!

Cute, quiet, and very clean place to stay in Scottsdale! Hosts provided thorough & timely communication. We chose to Uber the short distance to Old Town due to the temperatures close to 100 degrees but probably would have walked if cooler weather. Overall great stay, we felt very welcome!
