Southwest Condo

Regardless of booking length, only 1 booking accepted per 30 days. Beautiful new floors throughout! This location is perfect for all Scottsdale has to offer. Whether you’re out enjoying Old Town, Topgolf, Kierland, games at Salt River Fields, walks along the Greenway or dining at the wonderful restaurants just down the street you’ll love coming home to this well-furnished and comfortable condo. Cooking is a pleasure in the stainless/granite kitchen with its wide counter top bar, La Sur Table dinnerware, matching glasses, blender, toaster, food processor and all the utensils needed. Have your meals at the granite bar or the dining room that seats 6. The southwest living room with matching recliners and leather sofa comes complete with a large flat screen Smart TV. The balcony overlooks a tree lined courtyard complete with new BBQ grills. Each of the two bedrooms offer comfortable king sized beds with ample pillows and stylish bedding. Enjoy the privacy of the master suite with its flat screen TV, access to the balcony, walk in closet, en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers the same comfortable king sized bed and is next to the second bath which features a walk-in shower. Other conveniences include: full size washer/dryer, wireless internet, 3 streaming TVs, towels/linens including beach towels, queen air mattress, and start up toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Enjoy assigned covered parking, two heated pools, new tennis courts and pickleball, and hot tubs.

We loved our stay at Julie's immaculate two-bedroom condo in Scottsdale. She responded immediately when the relatively new air conditioning system required a maintenance service call. The furnishings were complete and well thought out. A surprise bonus was how inclusive the community at the condo complex was and how they embraced us as first timers for our two-month stay. Coffee with neighbors on Wednesday mornings and several potluck dinners, along with good conversations at Friday night cocktails on the main pool deck. The McCormick Ranch walking trails nearby were a five-star amenity, as were the nearby spring training stadiums and Mercato shopping center restaurants.

Best VRBO stay we’ve ever had. Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. The condo has very comfortable beds and was extremely well equipped with appliances, dishes and supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Location perfect!

We are a couple that is retired and love to Golf and hike when not golfing! Perfect location to access both! Grocery store and restaurants of all kinds within walking distance. And speaking of walking the greenbelt is accessible to this location as well! Hosts are outstanding and we would have booked again for next year, but the unit wasn’t available.

Best location

Property was as advertised and very well stocked, beds were delightful, neighbours in the complex were welcoming and very friendly and after our two month stay, we can say it’s ideally situated in the city providing close access to the biking and hiking trails and the beautiful lakes at the end of the street. We spent some part of everyday at those lakes.

Home Away From Home

We REALLY enjoyed our month long stay at this tastefully decorated condo! Check for supplies before you head to the grocery store. This condo is very well stocked with spices, non-perishable basic starter foods, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. Julie was very quick to respond to our questions and quickly made sure a minor issue was resolved during our stay. This unit is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and the Indian Bend Wash biking/walking path. One can even watch the sunset over Camelback Mountain from the front entry. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It's one of the best equipped places we have had the pleasure to stay at. I think Julie has gone above and beyond with this unit. We will definitely put it on our favorite places to rent. Very short walk to Mercado shopping and restaurant area ... we have discovered multiple restaurants here over our last few trips. Julie is easy to reach and a caring owner. Our only concern was how stained the carpet was but Julie is going to be taking care of that. We certainly would stay here again!

Fantastic!!

This condo is in a great location, walking distance to some lovely restaurants, coffee shops and miles of walking/bike paths. The beds are comfy and the condo is well stocked. I managed to even cook most of a Thanksgiving meal :). The complex is quiet and friendly and the pools were lovely. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return!!

Our stay was wonderful and Julie the host made it all so easy!!

We loved the heated pool and hot tub so much we were there everyday!! The 2 bedrooms were so comfy with lots of room for the 2 of us!! Will return for sure!!

All I was expecting

Everything was just as promised. Clean, accommodating, stocked well with all needed supplies, the pools were warm and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed 2 weeks in warm Arizona.
