  • Experience Scottsdale at our 6-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom modern home, with 7 beds (4 king, 3 full) perfectly located between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe, that can accommodate up to 12 guests. You are just minutes away from the best events, sports, entertainment, hiking, shopping, and dining that Scottsdale and Tempe have to offer. This house is perfect for groups as everyone can have their own bed and/or bedroom.

    Our modern and beautifully furnished home was explicitly renovated to be a vacation home, so all the bathrooms, including the large primary, are accessible to all the rooms in this ranch-style, single-story home. It comes with a dream kitchen, custom floors and furnishings, and an updated backyard with a hot tub!

This house is to be enjoyed, but no more than 12 guests can be at the property. Only the people listed on the reservation are welcome at the house. Please choose another house if you cannot abide by these rules. Guests who disregard this rule will be subject to a $1000 fine and immediate eviction. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

This Scottsdale home completely exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly well cared for. The layout was perfect for relaxing and entertaining, and every amenity we could have asked for was thoughtfully provided. Whether we were enjoying the outdoor space or winding down indoors, the experience was flawless from start to finish.The location was great, close to everything but still peaceful and private. Communication with the host was seamless, and it’s clear they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.This was truly a five-star experience, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier Scottsdale getaway!

Beautiful home inside and out!

Perfect for our three families with small children. Everyone got their own room! That never happens. The house is immaculate and is well stocked. The backyard was perfect for BBQing, watching football, and playing games. The hot tub was an added bonus. It was close to the botanical gardens, great restaurants, golf, and so much more! You won’t regret renting this house.

Incredible modern home with 6-bedrooms in Scottsdale!

So glad Arlene recommended this home for our annual guy's golf trip. There were 8 of us this year, so we considered booking 2 smaller homes, as most of the larger homes with 5+ bedrooms were wildly expensive for this weekend. The 6 bedrooms and how the bathrooms are laid out at this house were perfect as we all got to stay together and pretty much everyone got their own room and/or bed. The house must have been renovated recently as everything was clean, new, and modern, with TVs, plugs, and USB ports everywhere. Plus, the location of this house was perfect as it is just minutes from the PHX airport and Scottsdale entertainment district. Plan to book again for Spring Training!
