The Space:
Welcome to our single-story, four-bedroom home in Chandler, Arizona! This spacious abode is the perfect place to relax and recharge during your vacation, whether it's for a short stay or a longer term visit.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan allows plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy space to unwind in. The living room is outfitted with comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining area boasts a large table that can seat six, making it the perfect spot for family dinners or game nights.

This home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. All of the bedrooms feature ample storage space. There are flat-screen TV's in all of the bedrooms except one.

Step outside to find a fully enclosed backyard, complete with plenty of seating and plenty of space for your pets to roam. The patio is perfect for dining and soaking up the Arizona sunshine.

Located just off the I-10 and the Loop 202, our home in Chandler is conveniently located near major freeways, making it easy to explore all that the Phoenix area has to offer. Spend your days exploring local attractions, such as the Chandler Fashion Center and the Ocotillo Golf Resort, or take a short drive to Phoenix to visit the Phoenix Zoo or the Desert Botanical Garden.

Whether you're seeking adventure or simply want to relax and unwind, our home in Chandler is the perfect place to call home during your vacation. Long-term stays are welcome!

Other Things to Note:
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and hereby agree to adhere to our house rules in their entirety.

1. Check-in begins at 3 pm or later. Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. Depending on calendar availability, you may request an early check-in or a late checkout. It is not possible to confirm availability until 24 hours before your arrival or departure.

2. On your reservation, you must indicate the number of guests you will be accommodating. Your host must approve any additional guests or visitors.

3. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Your removal from the property may be the result of your violation after our initial warning. We are located in a residential community, which is a vacation destination but also home to many residents. Therefore, we ask that you respect their privacy and their peaceful environment.

4. Only outside smoking is permitted. Indoor smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be an additional fee of $100 for fumigating the home if smoke odors are detected after check-out.

5. Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply.

6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances.

7. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged.

8. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation. While we strive to ensure the security and safety of all guests and their possessions, guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and are advised to secure their valuables. Should any items be forgotten upon departure, the Guest must notify the Host promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return such items at the Guest's expense. However, the Host assumes no liability if such items cannot be recovered.
