Guests will have access to the entire estate property. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rate is for our preferred group size of up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest (over the age of 2). We allow larger groups but charge a nominal fee of $40/night per guest over 8 guests to cover our additional costs. This is automatically priced into your quote if you have entered the correct amount of guests staying.

WHY SO REASONABLE?

You are renting from the largest owner direct with the best service during your stay as we have the only full time service staff, gardeners and the best pool technicians like a hotel.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for as little as $200 plus tax each to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOU HOMES CLEAN

You have paid to have a basic cleaning which includes pool service and the weekly gardener. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $200 if requested (windows-fans-cupboards-etc). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, pool will be whatever the night time temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 80-85* it is only a fee of $150/night or $600/week plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
