  • Esta luminosa y luminosa casa adosada de unidad final es perfecta para cualquier época del año. Miller y Thomas caminos, cerca de todo. Caminar / senderos del canal justo al otro lado de la calle. Bicicletas, Scooters y más disponibles justo en la esquina. Entrada de la comunidad cerrada luego en su propio garaje de acceso directo privado. Esta casa unifamiliar de 2 pisos tiene todos los que viven en un piso después de su consentimiento desde el garaje. Remodelado con todos los pisos nuevos, pintura nueva, granito y más. Gran salón con chimenea y techos abovedados. Un comedor conectado a la cocina de concepto abierto y gran salón. Salga a su patio privado y disfrute del follaje para tomar una copa o un café a la mañana. Los 2 dormitorios se encuentran justo al final del pasillo. El Master cuenta con una cama king size con TV, estación de trabajo y combinación de bañera / ducha. También cuenta con un amplio walk in closet. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y está justo enfrente de un encantador baño completo en el pasillo con una ducha. La lavadora y la secadora son de tamaño completo y se encuentran en la planta superior con usted para su facilidad.

    Este complejo cuenta con una piscina climatizada y un área de spa y barbacoa para uso de los huéspedes. La piscina está a pocos pasos de esta casa, por lo que es muy fácil acceder a tomar el sol o disfrutar de los amigos.
    Esta es una lista nueva, por lo que aún no hemos tenido la oportunidad de recibir comentarios. Ya está listo para su ocupación inmediata. Reserva hoy para que no te lo pierdas.

Good stay! Would come back again!

Good location! We like to walk and many destinations from this location.We got quick response and resolution with few minor issues from host.Disappointed with additional cost for access to outdoor pool since it was not mentioned until the check in process.

Very comfortable

Good location. Nice updated condo Garage was a plus. Be aware that the garbage dumpsters are right next to the garage and you have to walk by them to get to the front door. The good news was that we never got woken up by garbage trucks emptying out the bins. Also note that the condo HOA doesn’t allow guests to have gate remotes so you always have to key in the code (not convenient spot) to get in and if you are biking or walking out you need to use a gate key. Other than those minor things we thought the place was great and we’d recommend it to others.

I don’t usually read or write reviews, but my experience with Arizona Elite Properties was bad enough that I feel I need to warn others. I booked a rental through Arizona Elite Properties and ended up staying less than one night. We checked in around 5–6 pm and left by 7:30 am the next morning because I could not get a hold of anyone from the property management company to address our issues. We had four problems in total, one of which was that the stairs were too steep for my older mother to climb up and down for a month. Two other issues were the safety of my 3 year old daughter which I will keep private for the respect of the owner of this property who I did not deal with. The fourth issue had to do with an odor that the property management team couldn't replicate... crazy enough! Therefore at 7:30 am, I finally spoke with someone at Arizona Elite Properties, and the representative told me I should leave. So we packed up everything and left the property. About 7 hours later, another representative from Arizona Elite Properties told me I had to go back and that I would not get a refund.I requested to cancel the reservation and said I was willing to pay for the one night we were there and pay for the cleaning fee because that was reasonable however we were not going back, because my mother could not handle those stairs for a month and we had already packed up and left, and we did not feel safe or comfortable at that property. They will not refund me my money.

Small but clean & functional

We stayed there for 6 weeks in Jan 2022. Condo was clean but small. Garage was a plus. Close to downtown Scottsdale & Green Belt. Disappointed in condition of items in kitchen (non-stick surfaces of pots & pans were badly scratched). Be aware that condo is on 2nd floor & accessible by only many steps. Nice welcome basket of useful items.

Excellent

This is an awesome Condo. Close to Old Town and only 5 blocks away from Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants play. The Condo is an end unit so has lots of light. Will definitely stay again!
