Welcome to Scottsdale Old Town Retreat - as seen on the Destination channel show ‘Staycation’!! 🎬🌵🏡✨ Cozy, modern home with fully loaded kitchen, office and resort style backyard - perfect for a work-cation! Home has open airy concept, lots of natural light to bring the beautiful AZ outdoors in. After work you can lounge in the newly remodeled pool with baja shelf and ledge loungers.

Conveniently located in south Scottsdale only minutes from Giants, Cubs, Diamondbacks and Rockies Spring Training fields!! The home is right off the 101 so you can get anywhere in the valley fast - only 15 minutes from Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Golf Open. Property is nestled in a quiet relaxed community, close to bike and walking trails and several public parks.It

The living room has a 65-inch curved Samsung with Apple TV and streaming apps. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and plenty of closet space. The office has a queen sofa sleeper with 4-inch memory foam mattress and FireTV. Lastly, the master bedroom has a 110-inch screen with a projector loaded with streaming apps. Your own private theatre! The projector can be brought outside where there is a screen poolside.

Please note: the pool is not heated and is at optimal temperatures between April and October. Also, there is a camera in the back yard with a view of the alley for security purposes. The pool area is in coverage view of the device.

Our stay

Would highly recommend! Home was cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed for any meal preparation. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Holly is an excellent host, very attentive, and communicated well. Would like to visit again!

This home is warm and inviting. It had everything we needed and more ! The location is great to all the fun around and the street was safe and quiet . The home owner was attentive and made us feel So welcome ! We are planning a return trip !

Great pool and very nice interior

The location was close to highway and old town Scottsdale. Great for shopping and golf options. The master suite was very nice and other living space was open and clean. The pool was great for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

Such a charming, well appointed property. This house has literally everything you could need for a getaway. Check in was flawless, all items labeled, instructions given for everything, mini-resort backyard perfect for quiet time or entertaining friends/family, and Holly is great with communication(although very little was needed). She even had an adorable setup for guests with dogs. As a rental owner myself, I actually took a few notes as this is probably the best maintained/operated property I’ve seen. Thank you again.

First time to Arizona

Hollys place was everything we needed for our first trip to Arizona! It was a great location, quiet neighbourhood and well equipped with everything you need to have a nice vacation that feels like home. Holly was super accommodating for us and we especially loved the fresh lemons from the tree in the backyard!

Wonderful home with more amenities than I dreamed of.

Holly is the hostess of Scottsdale with impeccable taste and decor. She made my first time rental a snap with her organized home and process. Fabulous backyard, Dog friendly, Comfy beds, and all the amenities a family can ask for. We all had a lovely time and Holly was avail for any questions we had over the weekend. We will definitely be back.

Great spot in Scottsdale

The home had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. One person used the pull out couch and it was comfortable. The location made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and cooking equipment. Holly was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home in a convenient location.

The pictures on the site were very accurate and the place was really lovely and equipped with everything we needed. It was very convenient to get to old town Scottsdale and to the 101 to get to some hiking locations we wanted to check out. The one downside was that we were really looking forward to spending some time outside in front of the gas fireplace as it was a bit cool in the evenings. The propane tank was empty so we went to get it refilled only later to find out that the knob to turn it on was broken. We reported to the home owner but the situation wasn't resolved by the end of the week of our stay. Overall though I would recommend this location for your stay in the Scottsdale area.

Family New Years Fun in the Sun Vacation

What a fun time we had in Scottsdale for New Years. My husband, four adult kids and myself enjoyed a lovely time at Holly's home. She was SO helpful! The house was just gorgeous and met all our needs for sleeping arrangements, relaxing indoors and outdoors, wonderful kitchen, dining room for eating and playing games, washer and dryer for keeping up on towels and laundry and easy access to get wherever we needed to go. Beautiful home, great location and a very attentive owner.

This home was great for my family. It is centrally located to everything, baseball, parks, great restaurants and near the highway. The owner was extremely attentive and available to address any questions we had about the home. It’s well decorated and modern. I highly recommend it to anyone. We will look to rent again when we return next year.
