Only 4 miles from Goldfield Ghost Town. Lots of local bars, nightlife with LIVE music daily. Only 30-45 mins from Scottsdale & Phoenix

Hosts were good at communication. Beds were comfortable. Shower & tub were clean, but needs to be replaced. Kitchen was stocked well. Carpet needs to be restretched as its a tripping hazard. It was great having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Neighborhood was quiet at night.

The house was lovely. The location was great. The furniture was very comfortable. It is extremely clean. The host is very personable and wonderful to communicate with. Prompt replies to any questions. I was visiting due to my brothers terminal cancer diagnosis. This house gave me peace.

This house is a true home away from home. It is spacious (three bedrooms, two baths) and has a great covered outdoor space to sit and relax. There was even a grill available (which we didn't use).The house had everything you might need to use in the well-appointed kitchen (including coffee!).The hosts were super responsive and responded to our questions immediately.The location was perfect for our hiking vacation since it was close to most of the trails we did. It was also very close to a grocery store.Even though the house is located in a development, it was quiet at night. We felt safe going for walks in the afternoons.We would stay here again without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay.Thank you to our hosts Tammy and John!

Overall it was great for us. It was roomy and cozy. Neighbor was quiet during sleeping time. Enjoyed hearing and seeing doves as well as gamble quailMy only downside was the house needs some TLC. One bedroom door had a hole in it. Hard water stains in the bathrooms

Family meet up from out of state

The property was nice,clean,and quiet. Plenty of room for each of us to have our own bedroom and two bathrooms was also great. Internet was fine. Large screen tv in living room as well as tvs in all bedrooms.We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt very safe there.Owners easy to get in touch with and responded to our needs.Would definitely stay again!My only suggestion is most rentals I have stayed at have basic cooking spices and some type of cooking oil or spray. Other than that, our stay was perfect in every way!

Convenient location

About 10 minutes from the freeway and close to everything we wanted to do in the Apache Junction/Mesa area. However the house was quite noisy. Walls are thin and noisy cars and emergency vehicles woke us a few times. Not necessarily a negative but some basic kitchen things were missing like cooking oil and coffee (coffee maker was present). This is something that was available at the least in prior properties we've stayed in the area, maybe I was spoiled in those cases. but youll have to add some things to your list.

Cute little Az house

Our flight was late so we stayed with a friend we got to the proberty a day late, but was all okay I had a code. This house is a perfect place to stay this owner left us everything we needed Sampoo,soap,garbage bags we didnt need anything. So if you are going to visit snow birds like we did its perfect.There were only two of us but it is a three bedroom 2 bathroom home and its adorable. THANK YOU OWNERS I hope we can come back someday.
