Living room with large sectional and big screen TV for those wanting to watch the big game or relax with an evening movie. Split floor plan with Master on one side of home for privacy. Master is spacious and Master bath is luxurious and fully stocked with toiletries. Relax in the backyard with multiple features. Huge covered patio with outdoor couch for relaxing and a large table for outdoor dining. Diving pool with custom grotto, waterfall, and rock waterslide. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home . There is no shared spaces here.

Other things to note
Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and absolutely no loud or out of control parties will be allowed. You can have all the fun you want but please remember that people live here and do it in a respectful manner.

Nightly Quiet hours for outdoors are 10 PM per city ordinance.

If you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify manager so a pool safety notice can be provided.

No smoking in home at any time.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day or $350 per week. Must notify manager at least 72 hours in advance of the desire to heat the pool.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.

(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)

* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.

(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
