This is a very nice place. It was very clean and had good amenities; nice sheets and towels and the bed was comfortable. The host checked with us to see if we needed anything, which we didn’t. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. You can walk the neighborhood and enjoy the lovely desert landscaping. It’s an easy drive to restaurants and shops.

Our four-night stay was very comfortable. This is such a cozy set up, and being able to use the pool and spa was a great luxury! The bed and bedding were so comfortable and top quality. Having the Keurig coffee maker and microwave and mini fridge was nice, and the kitchenette was stocked with a few plates and silverware which was nice to take advantage of leftovers from meals out. Upon arrival there was bottled water in the fridge and some coffee pods to get us started. The shower was nice and I appreciated there was a blow dryer and flat iron, traveling in a carryon doesn't allow room for all the tools to be included. Tonia was a great host and great communicator. We would definitely stay here again and hope to again soon. If you're looking for quiet and relaxing this is the place! We loved the location and just a short drive into town. The neighborhood is lovely and we took multiple walks during our stay, and everyone was super friendly when we were out and about. This definitely ranks high on our VRBO experiences!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, quiet and private. We stayed for 8 days and used pool, putting green and sport court. Never even saw the hosts after our initial introduction and tour. We will be back.

A five star property and location which is accurately depicted in the photos. The guest house has all the amenities and Tonia, the host was welcoming and provided excellent recommendations about local dining and activities. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Serene Privacy

We arrived a little early, which was no problem for the owners. We discovered our wonderful lodging was a quaint cottage guesthouse. Beautifully decorated with an elegant southwest charm. Very clean & tidy upon our arrival. The amenities were beyond expectation, beautiful pool & hot tub with a very inviting main house lanai available for use. Very private, safe & secure. Our hosts very gracious & kind. They gave us great suggestions on restaurants and local places of interest. The bedding, linens & bath towels were extremely high quality and luxurious. The sheets, comforter, quilts and pillows provided an exceptional sleep experience. The views of the mountains and the city lights were amazing. Really enjoyed listening to and watching the birds each morning. Wildlife is abundant in the area, mourning doves, Gambel’s quail, rabbits, road runners and even a coyote (unfortunately not at the same time) were all seen & enjoyed in the neighborhood. While secluded from the hustle & bustle of the city, this beautiful place was very convenient to all the wonderful activities & natural resources of the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We would highly recommend this cottage for others and will absolutely plan a return visit.

A Beautiful Casita in a Beautiful, Quiet Neighborhood

The lodging is all as advertised if not better. We were surprised how roomy it was with a large bathroom and a large walk-in closet with shelving and hangers for all your belongings. The casita is very well appointed with quality construction and finishes, all seeming brand new. It is very easy to find, convenient to restaurants and in a very quiet very upscale neighborhood close to Tonto forest hiking. If you are a birder, the birds on the property alone way make the visit worthwhile, Green-tailed Towhee, Broad-billed hummer, Verdins, Phainopeplas, and a constant parade of Gambel's Quail. We look forward to visiting again.

Exceptional guest house in a stunningly scenic location. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Beautifully furnished with comfortable bed, high quality linens. Well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Multiple outside seating options to enjoy desert mountain views and greater Phoenix night lights. Guests have access to pool loungers, pool, spa, sport court. Great location to drive to Cave/Creek, Carefree, and North Scottsdale restaurants, shopping, hiking. Tonia is a welcoming host and an excellent communicator.

Beautiful casita/Wonderful hostess

Beautiful, private casita in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Just 5-10 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek. Communication with hostess, when needed, was fast and she checked in a few times to make sure I had everything that I needed. Beautiful pool and spa, even though weather didn’t cooperate to use them. Comfortable bed and very clean casita with private entrance and own driveway. I hope to stay here again!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

The house was so nice and perfect for our 4 night stay. We loved the neighborhood and location. The hot tub under the stars was so relaxing. The owners were super sweet and thought about adding every extra necessity to the house. We enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this guest house in Carefree, Az!

Casita perfect for Two!

We had a 5 night stay in this lovely casita. plenty of parking and privacy. nice big tv, fireplace, walk in closet and roomy bath. spacious patio and shared outdoor amenities with main house like hot tub and putting green. Communication with Tonia was easy and prompt. We will return.

Beautiful Location

Located north of Scottsdale in a tranquil quiet spot. Guest house is well equipped but does not have a full kitchen. Amenities includes use of outside activities part of the main house (pool, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball and golf practice area). The host was available and very responsive.
