The host was excellent at communications, including quick responses! He was extremely helpful, and it was like being at our home away from home. We utilized all of the amenities, we swam, we cooked, sat on the porch and took walks in the neighborhood! The home was so well stocked. Thank you!!

Was perfect for our family gathering for the holidays. Our host was responsive to our questions. Nicely equipped in all aspects. So glad we paid to heat the pool. Our granddaughters had so much fun. Would recommend and stay again.

AZ Spring Training

6 Baseball fans enjoying a week of games. Great house, perfect for us to spread out, have our own space when needed and rest indoor and outdoor communal space. Property manager was excellent and great communication!

Great Family Reunion

This was a perfect home for our four family couples to visit our older parents who live in the area. The location was close to grocery shopping and only about a half hour from the airport. The bedrooms were perfect for our group and plenty of space. The house is huge with a well functioning kitchen. It sure was nice to escape the winter and enjoy the 85 degree pool in the sun. Highly recommended!

Tennis Team Tournament

We had 8 adults traveling from Boston to Arizona for a tennis tournament. The fact of 2 master bedrooms and 2 queen beds per bedroom was the selling point for us. House was very spacious, we didn’t even use all the rooms. Everything was as advertised. Location was handy to stores and restaurants. Checkout was easy.

Excellent family gathering

Great gathering for a large family. The owner was extremely helpful regarding ALL our needs. Especially in putting up ramps for our wheelchair niece. This was greatly appreciated! The window dressings needed some fixings but overall the house met all our needs.

Family Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of room for cooking and eating Thanksgiving dinner. The Arizona weather was amazing, so most of our time was spent outside while enjoying the pool, ping pong, bags game, TV and space to visit. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions during the whole process. Thank you!

Cannot say enough about this house

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The photos do not do it justice, the location is great and the communication with Ted was top notch. We will be back.

Baseball tournament

We had a baseball tournament in Goodyear so shared the house with a few of the other players and their families on the team. Lots for the boys to do when they had downtime after the games. Large kitchen and dining room and 3 living rooms so lots of space to spread out and relax. We really liked that there were 3 rooms with 2 queen beds too. Ted was really responsive and on top of things. He noticed that the temperature in the house was higher than usual the first day and sent a repair person to check it out and he sent us a reminder about trash day too. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the location.

Couldn't have asked for more.

Everything about the house was great. Well stocked, clean, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Ted was great, accomadated us on early check in and late check out with no problems. Communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again.

2nd time at this home

Stayed at this home celebrating my son’s graduation a year ago and decided to go back to celebrate my AF retirement. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The pool area was a blast and Ted is such an accommodating host. You will not be disappointed.

Home Base for a Destination Wedding

The home and outdoor pool area were perfect for our family group of 11. The home is very well equipped with everything you could need. There are three large areas with couches, large screen TVs, and tables so that our group could spread out and watch NCAA basketball tournament games when we weren’t using the three ironing boards and getting ready for all the wedding events. Our host, Ted is extremely responsive. In fact, we have rented from VRBO for 10+ years and he is easily the most responsive.
