The highlight of the home is the private backyard, designed for both relaxation and fun. Cool off in the private pool, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy outdoor dining, or challenge your group to mini golf, ping pong, cornhole, Four in a Row, Jenga, ring toss and other outdoor games.

Inside, you’ll find kitchen essentials, complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches including complimentary snacks and refreshments.




Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry facilities.

You’ll also have full access to the private backyard featuring the pool, hot tub, outdoor dining and seating areas, BBQ grill, mini golf, ping pong, cornhole and other outdoor games.

Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

A few things to know before booking:

• This is a residential home. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours. Parties and events are not permitted.

• The private pool and hot tub are available for guest enjoyment. Please use them responsibly and supervise children at all times.

• Exterior security cameras/monitoring are located at the entrance and patio for property safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Guest verification is required. Guests will be asked to complete identity verification through our third-party verification provider, Truvi, before check-in. Truvi is a secure verification service that helps us confirm guest details and maintain a safe experience for everyone. Failure to complete the required verification will affect your reservation.
A Few Helpful House Guidelines

🔑 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are listed in your reservation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Please don`t enter the home before your scheduled check-in time or remain after checkout without prior approval.
At checkout, please take your personal belongings with you, turn off the lights, and make sure the doors are securely closed.

👥 Guests & Visitors
Only guests included on the reservation may stay.
If you`d like to have additional visitors, please contact us first so we can make sure everything stays within the property`s occupancy limits.
Unauthorized guests will result in an additional guest fee and/or other charges.
Parties and events are not permitted.

🐾 Pets
This is a pet-free home, so pets are not permitted.
An undisclosed pet will result in a penalty fee and additional cleaning fees.

🪪 Guest Verification
For the safety of our guests, hosts, and property, guests are required to complete identity verification before check-in. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. The name on the reservation should match the guest completing the reservation and verification process.
Please make sure any required verification is completed promptly so we can provide check-in information on time.

🚭 Smoke-Free Home
The home is completely smoke-free, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping.

Additional cleaning or odor-removal costs may apply if smoking occurs inside or around the home.

🏊 Pool, Hot Tub & Amenities
Pool and hot tub use is at the guest`s own responsibility and should always be supervised appropriately, especially around children.
Please follow the provided instructions and don`t adjust pool equipment or chemicals.
No glass in or around the pool or hot tub.
Please cover the hot tub after each use.
Games and outdoor equipment should be returned to the black storage bin when finished.
Please let us know right away if something isn`t working or is accidentally damaged.
Weekly pool/tub maintenance is required from us. Longer stays will be let know in advance when the cleaner is scheduled to come (your privacy will not be interrupted).

🚗 Parking
Please park only in the designated parking areas. You are allowed to use the garage or the driveway. For use of the garage, you must first enter the property to then open the garage door from the inside. We do not have a garage code.
Do not block the neighbors` driveway, sidewalk, properties, gates, or access areas.
Only vehicles associated with your reservation should be parked at the property unless approved in advance.

🧹 Keeping the Home Comfortable
We don`t expect you to clean the home like a professional; the cleaning fee covers normal turnover.
We simply ask that you leave things reasonably tidy.
Please place trash in the designated bins, clean up spills, and avoid leaving excessive food or garbage throughout the home.
Please don`t move heavy furniture or take indoor furnishings outside.
Any unusually excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items may result in a request for reimbursement for the actual additional cost.

✈️ Travel Delays & No-Shows
We understand that travel plans can change. Flights may be delayed, canceled, or missed, and unexpected situations can happen.
Our cancellation and refund policy still applies in these situations.
Because we can`t control airline delays, cancellations, weather, or other travel disruptions, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage.
If you expect to arrive later than planned, just send us a message so we know when to expect you.
If you don`t arrive for your reservation, the reservation will be handled according to the applicable cancellation/no-show policy.

💰 Additional Costs
We don`t want guests worrying about unexpected fees. Most stays won`t have any additional charges. If something unusual does happen such as significant damage, an undisclosed pet, smoking inside, excessive cleaning, or missing property, we will request reimbursement for the reasonable, documented cost through Airbnb.
