Would not stay here again

Was dirty. Was loud. Photos were a misrepresented what we actually got. Not communicated with on where to go to check in, how to get in gate. Didn’t get a fob during check in.

Excellent service from everyone.

Words can’t say enough about my stay at “Scottsdale Park Suites” but that it was “AMAZING”. My mother and I spent a week here for two different reasons. First, to visit my daughter and her boyfriend who had just recently relocated to the area and for my mother to visit a friend she has had since 1st grade (since 1950). I’ll start off with our accommodations being clean and well organized. “Thanks” cleaning crew. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was stop at the office and everything was handled instantly and in a professional manner. “Thanks” again. Finally, I would like to thank management. Granted I did book our stay during business hours but I did receive a personal call just 5 minutes after confirming the reservation. “WOW”, who does that these days? “Thanks” for the third time. Finally, hope that I don’t shoot myself in the foot for this review. Everyone else is going to want to stay here and my chances of getting a reservation may be diminished. I guess that’s a chance I’ll have to take because everyone at “Scottsdale Park Suites” did their job flawlessly and made us feel welcomed. Thanks again Everyone.

Great place but management needs improvement!

This property was basically wonderful. Everything we needed in the apartment and lovely amenities outside - pool, tennis courts, walking/running paths along canal in back yard. Problem - we specifically rented a suite with king size bed...snoring issues and tall husband. A few days before arriving I noticed on some paper work that our suite number had changed. I called to make sure new suite had king size bed. Response was that "they didn't know what size bed was in this suite" which I don't believe as they must know. They had an emergency and needed our condo. I asked if the people in it now could move so we could have what we rented and they said they did not want to move those people three times. They did offer full refund with no penalty, but this was a couple days before we got there and pretty hard to find new lodging at this point. When I got there I asked for a reasonable credit - they offered me $10 because that was an additional fee for king size bed. They also said if I'd gotten the original suite I would have had to pay an additional $200 for "the view" and that was the reason they would not give me a credit. They said "additional fees may be assessed" was written on VRBO website which I did not see. Worse of all is that I had to contact them - they did not let me know about this change - and I did ask a manager to call me which was never done. I was given a $25 American Express gift card which I appreciate but they really weren't trying to please us. I would not have rented from them if I could not have reserved the condo with a king size bed. PS. Salt and pepper would be nice in the rooms as well as a coin opportunity to buy laundry soap.
