Echo Lane for spring training baseball

The property was great for our spring training baseball trip. The location was very convenient for the five different baseball stadiums we attended on the west side of Phoenix. The home was clean and well equipped for our group of two adult couples.

Close to some nice hiking in the Whitetank Mountains and Pleasant lake. Convenient for us for Golfing restaurants and going to GCU all within a 20 minute drive

Snow Bird Nest

I spent 6 weeks at this property. The location is extremely convenient with ease of travel to many destinations with the Phoenix area. There is a world class casino just a couple of miles away along with many nice restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The house, itself, is a work-in-progress. Clearly there are attempts being made to update the house with newer appliances, beds, bedding, ceiling fans, and sink fixtures. There is still work to be done with carpeting, windows, patio furniture, living room furniture, and light/fan switch replacements as many of those switches didn’t work or else multiple light bulbs were burned out or missing. The HVAC system is a “smart” system which was very difficult for the owner to control to keep the house comfortable. I must say, Anthony was very gracious and helpful in trying to get this problem figured out, but the fact remains I spent many, many late nights and early mornings freezing, and spent several afternoons in stifling heat.

This was a fantastic property for our sports trip to Arizona. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and clean as well. Anthony was a excellent host that was professional and communicated very well. 10/10 would stay here again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Westgate sports and entertainment district. Cozy and comfortable

Home was as expected with all the amenities we needed for our visit. I stayed with my 16-year-old son while in town to visit family. The location was close to everything we needed with plenty of shopping and dining close by. Felt very homey and we had a great stay. Thank you!

Family or hangout friendly place

Property was very nice, cute personalized touches were very sweet. The backyard was great for kids and dogs alike. We didn't utilize it much, but the garage converted to a hand out area would be really great for a more lively crowd. It was our first time using vbro, I'm assuming it's a vbro thing, but they don't email you the code until 4pm on the dot. We were a little panicked as we were driving thru the middle of the desert with no reception and needed to get that code to others in our party because they were arriving first. But it worked out for us, just something to be aware of.

Cozy clean house in quiet neighborhood

Easy check in & out process. Maid service was leaving as I pulled up so property was freshly cleaned. The manager/owner emailed me after I booked with a link to things to do, restaurants & Entertainment in the immediate area. The beds were very comfortable like 5 star hotel style quality. I had Netflix and direct tv to entertain myself. WiFi ✔️Nice bbq grill ✔️I Garage door opener ✔️chose to go to the outlet mall nearby for dinner. I don’t workout but there is a room with some workout equipment. Washer/Dryer is new. The manager left a welcome sign with my name on it and a bottle on wine on the table which i thought was a nice touch. Overall it was a quiet area and I slept well. No complaint will stay here again as property was clean and prop manager was easy to work with and accommodating for my last minute reservation.

wonderful stay

We stayed at this property for 2 months while my husband was in AZ for work. It could not have been more perfect for our little family. (My husband, myself, and our 3 year old son). The house came with everything we needed and the backyard was great for our busy little guy. Anthony the owner could not have been more amazing. He was great with communication and anything I needed he was there in a second. He made the stay much more enjoyable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and also has 2 playgrounds/parks within walking distance which was great. Can't forget the ice cream truck that came by daily :) The house was clean, cozy and perfect for us. Would recommend to anybody and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying here. Thanks again Anthony!
